"It was clean but had a bad smell. We stayed here because the Breakfast was highly rated but that turned out to be very disappointing. Only expect a bare minimum with few choices of food."

"I experienced a significant nosebleed and removed the sheets so they could be replaced with a clean set. However, the bed was remade with only the blanket, and the sheets were not replaced. When I reported the situation, housekeeping arrived but simply handed me a set of sheets rather than replacing them themselves. It felt as though I was expected to do their job. Unfortunately, this occurred the night before my exam, which added unnecessary stress. Given that I was staying in the master suite, I expected a higher level of service. Overall, the experience left much to be desired. "
