"We booked a family ensuite room at what we thought was a hostel for our one night in Queenstown not expecting much, and were very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean, and just generally nice the room was. It happened to be the night that the World Cup semi final was on at 7 AM, but we couldn't get it on the TV in our room. The lovely lady at reception had no idea how to fix that, but found us another, empty room where we could watch the important game, which was absolutely above and beyond. Would return here in a heartbeat. (Also, even though we arrived about 10 PM, we were able to park almost right outside our room, in the height of ski season.)"

"Great hotel overall. Only thing to be aware of is that it's slightly outside of the downtown area of Queenstown. It's about 1.5 miles or a 30 minute walk. "

"Just that the room did not have information about laundry facility and other information that would have been helpful. The heated pool was so not heated. But service was amazing."

"We had a quick trip into Queenstown and decided to stay at Hilton in Queenstown. It was a wonderful resort and great rooms. Service was great in hotel and daily in room also. The fireplace in the room was a beautiful extra to have and so right for Queenstown. Service in the Grill was great, and everything about our stay was wonderful."
