"We chose this property for it's location, just minutes to the beach without the traffic headaches, and easy access to everything you need in town. Two reasons it didn't get 5 stars from me: home was clean, but a bit dated, and there is a fenced back yard that is shared with a separate unit (which I don't think was on the listing details). No cable tv in living room but there is in bedroom. Does have Roku to use. Great supply of linens/kitchen items, beach gear, and lots of room if you bring...

"This was a great house for us. We came to Daytona for the 24 Hours of Daytona race, but we wanted to stay close to the beach. Our original booking ended up with plumbing issues and the property managers set us up here. It was very comfortable, and I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This home was exactly as advertised in a quite neighborhood super close to the bridge to cross over to Atlantic Avenue and close to the Daytona Speedway. The owner was in contact and answered any questions we had, the A/C worked great, the home had a fenced yard for our

so no leash walking but still pick up the poop. LOL We will rent again when we are in Daytona. It was just my husband and I but this home can easily accommodate a large family in complete comfort."

"For the 1st time going this route usually i stay at hotels/motels but i thought i would give it a try. I was very impress. The place looks newly renovated, they had some games. The house was easy to get to, and was just 2 miles from my brothers house, so a perfect location for me. My adult daughter fell in love with the little detached inlaw suite and that is where she stayed and would sit on the deck. While i attended to business. If i come back down again i would definitely rebook this house."
