Enjoy a Boat Dock, Kitchen, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms 75 feet of waterfront and a huge deck for Breathtaking Sunset Views of Lake LBJ and the Hill Country! We even include a paddleboard, Lillypad and kayak, plenty of yard games and board games to make your stay unforgettable. We have 2 - 2023 Sea Doo Trixx available to rent! These must be rented before your arrival to allow for set up, waivers and payment.

Great stay

House was very clean and spacious. AC worked amazing kept the whole house cool all day and night. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of indoor and outdoor games and water toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay!

House was very roomy. Stay was lovely. View was beautiful! Very relaxing! Loved the communication from our host. The house didn’t have a blender so we ended up buying but the host offered to reimburse us so we left it there. The house is steps from the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

Communication with host was very friendly and informative, and he was quick to answer our questions. The place was very clean, spacious, with high end amenities, plenty of yard games, water toys (kayak and stand up paddle board), board games, and a very sacious deck. Only thing that we could think of to make the stay better would be to provide guests with salt and pepper. Other than that tiny detail, we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect vacay house!

We have been coming to Lake LBJ for 29 years and have to say this house was the best! Hosts were responsive and amenities were awesome! Hosts let s’mores kit, toiletries, towels, games. We will be back!
