"Difficulties with faulty control panel for water. Water Shut down shortly after check-in. It wasn't til noon next day that it was restored. We survived with ample bottled water we brought. The outside lights outside were fixed the next day by Leland. The trash bin was full before we placed our trash bags in it and had to put some in the back of the truck when departing. It was nice and cool inside."

"This is a very nice property, able to accommodate a lot of folks if necessary. The kitchen was the highlight as it had exceptional space, and the interior was clean and comfortable for our stay. The lake access was fun, but unfortunately you can't see the lake, The "pool" is the unheated hot tub, but works for cooling down. The house could use blinds in the back as there is no privacy in the main room, as each house can look right into each other's space. The host was very responsive...

Top Kingsland Hotel Reviews

VISTA LINDA - Heated Pool/Spa, Golf, Paddle-boards, Gameroom, Boat/JetSki Slips

10/10 Excellent

"Everything in the kitchen was perfect. Had plenty of plates, glasses, utensils!! Game room had so many options the kids never got boared"

Top Rated Pet-Friendly Lake LBJ Cove Oasis:Pool, Hot Tub, Kayaks, FirePit & More

10/10 Excellent

"Highly recommend! This was the cleanest and nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The communication was fantastic, the home was beautiful, the home was very well appointed all the way down to the bath towels and paper towels. The pool and yard were beautiful, and the location was great for us with the boat ramp and dock. Fantastic experience."

Pool & Hot Tub, NEW BOAT DOCK,1 Story, Kayaks, Commercial Ice Maker

10/10 Excellent

"We were not sure how much space there was going to be. But we were pleasantly surprised. A lot of room for my son and his friends. The pool was amazing and our guests all had an amazing time. The game room was a big hit. Lots of things to do. We would definitely rent this home again."

Rolling Waves Haven | Concierge Services Available

10/10 Excellent

"This house was perfect for our group which was 8 adults and 10 kids. There was so much to do between the lake, pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing ping pong and cornhole. The inside of the entire house was very clean and all the appliances, including the grill outside worked perfectly. We didn't make much use of the pool table and shuffleboard since there was so much to do outside. But it's always nice to have indoor options in case it rains! This might not be a huge win for other families but for us, the THREE refrigerators were so nice to have since we cooked all our meals. The location is great because you can put in an HEB order at either the Kingsland or Marble Falls location and have it delivered within range. Highly recommend a boat rental for the day. The house comes with a boat slip so was really convenient to dock the boat in and out. Plus, the lake is large enough to go tubing!A few things that would have been nice to have:-Beach towels: Very little amount compared to the capacity of the house. -Life jackets: Minimal amount of adult and kids compared to how many kayaks and paddleboards were available. -Essential Cooking Ingredients: We got by just fine but would be nice to have some of the basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. We will definitely be coming back to Kingsland!"

Sandy Feet Retreat on LBJ - Pool, Hot Tub, Kayaks

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay was amazing! House is absolutely beautiful. The space in the kitchen is to die for if you love cooking. All the dishes were in good condition. At times rentals have very used pots and pans that stick and make clean a task. Ohhhhh can't forget to mention the fridge space!! 2 mini fridges and a second full size fridge/frezzer in the laundry room. You will not have to worry about space to keep things cold. The outside 10x10 pool was clean, the furniture around the pool was comfortable, shade umbrellas kept us cool. The water donw at the river was a sight to see from the back porch. Loved all the games that were available to play. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Everything was wonderful will definitely return."

Classic Lakefront Cottage w/ Private Dock, Lovely Lake View, Backyard & WiFi

"Clean pet friendly cozy shady green grass all the way to dock view from sun room is perfect don’t even need to be outside to enjoy!! Love it. It’s our home away from home! Our fur babies love it to!"

Bonnie Brae-Lakefront Getaway w/Jet Ski & Boat Lift

10/10 Excellent

"We rent VRBO home regularly for our family getaways and this was one of the best we’ve ever had. The home was perfect for our family, was VERY clean, well maintained, and had a well-equipped & organized in the kitchen. The management company was very responsive and provided helpful information about the community. Our kudos to them for taking such care in managing this owner’s property. The boat dock and waverunner slip was great and kept our boat and waverunner safe & handy. The boat house had toys for our granddaughters so the kids had a blast and basically lived in the water. It was a wonderful way to spend the last weekend of summer. There is also the friendliest bobtail cat that came by every morning and evening to visit the little girls. They were in love with the home and the kitty. Thank you allowing us to borrow your home for making family memories."
