The Marbella on LBJ is built for groups who live for the water. Three stories of light-filled living space open onto a canal-front dock, with two boat slips (one with a lift) putting you on Lake LBJ in minutes; boat rental available directly through the owners if you don't bring your own. Cool off in the private pool between trips out on the water, then regroup upstairs in the dedicated game room while the little ones (or the not-so-little ones) settle into one of two living rooms with big Smart TVs. It's a home built for togetherness, whether that means a full house breakfast in the open kitchen or an evening on the water watching the sun go down over the canal.

Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay's shops, restaurants, and marinas are a short drive away, and it's about an hour and 15 minutes to downtown Austin for guests who want to add a city day to their lake trip.

Getting Around:

Lake LBJ is best explored by boat, and a car is recommended for reaching Kingsland, Marble Falls, and Horseshoe Bay. Parking is available at the property for up to 6 vehicles, and Austin is about an hour and 15 minutes away by car.
