The contemporary kitchen is perfectly equipped for entertaining, with two ovens, a steam oven, twin hobs, and a large island seating eight. A dining conservatory seats twelve, and there’s also a ground-floor shower room and utility room.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including a bunk room, a flexible super-king zip-and-link, and a second super-king with a trundle bed sleeping four in total. Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size four-poster bed, roof terrace with sunset views, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxury en-suite with freestanding bath and double sinks. A family bathroom completes the ground floor, while the first floor also features a cinema and games room with an 84-inch TV, perfect for cosy movie nights or family fun.
Outside, the space is made for relaxing and socialising. Two private jetties extend into the lake, ideal for launching your own small boat or jet ski, and guests can also book water-skiing and wakeboarding on a neighbouring lake within the Pentney Lakes complex. The garden features a lakeside terrace with outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a hot tub for six, as well as grapevines, a herb garden, and parking for five cars.
Set within the exclusive Pentney Lakes development in West Norfolk, the property is surrounded by more than 275 acres of private woodland and freshwater lakes, an outdoor lover’s paradise. Guests can enjoy peaceful lakeside walks, paddleboarding, or fishing on the nearby dedicated fishing lake (booking required). The area is full of wildlife and natural beauty, creating an atmosphere that’s both tranquil and uplifting. Mornings bring mist rising off the water, and evenings glow with colourful sunsets, perfect for enjoying from the veranda or roof terrace.
Just a short drive away are the historic market town of King’s Lynn and the beautiful North Norfolk coast, where wide sandy beaches and charming coastal villages like Heacham, Hunstanton, and Brancaster await. Nearby Sandringham, Castle Rising, and Snettisham offer history, walks, and excellent local pubs and farm shops.
