I thank you for booking with us, however, as discussed on the booking chat option we were surprised that you didn't actually check-in with us. You advised us at 1030am on the following day that you had arrived at our driveway to the venue, decided you didn't like 'something' and turned around and returned home, You did not arrive at the venue which is some 200 yds further down the drive. You did not check-in. You did not meet me. You were not shown around the venue. You were not given keys to your room. Please advise on what basis you give us a 2-star review. The result of that 2-star review will decrease our position with the booking agent and will reduce our direct bookings over the next 4-6 weeks. I would like to open negotiations with you about whether this is a true review of your experiences and what we can perhaps negotiate with regard to the direct damage that this review will cause us.
