"It's an older property with small rooms. The price is attractive. It's a bit deceiving that it's name and photo suggest it's on the water. There is no ocean view. The attached restaurant seems to be leases out. The menu was simple and not inviting to the local seafood. It was okay overall."

"We loved our stay at Mabel’s view ! We were able to explore Keels, King cove , Bonavista and the Puffins in Elliston . Plenty of hiking in the area and pet friendly too! Karen’s dad supplied us with some lobsters one night! It was a great stay !"

"This place is a.perfect place, central and quiet with all the amenities. We used it as a base to explore this part of the island and only wish we could have stayed longer. The place is newly renovated historic building that maintains all the charm. Beautiful sun sets on the deck with lots of birds, aneighbourhood cat and a fox that came by. We definately recommend this place."
