Mini Snow-cation
2 Families stayed and we had a great time. The kitchen and rooms are fully equipped to make our needs met. Beautiful home, lots of space, cleanliness, and great communication with the owner. Spacious backyard for the kiddos to play in the snow, close proximity to shops and lake. We definitely would love to come back again for the summer!

What a great place to lay your head at night!
We were in Tahoe for a wedding and didn’t spend a ton of time at the house. But when we did it was very comfortable and had many little extras. Games for kids. Two kitchens 3 bathrooms. Plenty of beds, and the kitchens had plenty of gismos and gadgets to make anything with ease. It’s a nicely located home!

Great Tahoe Stay
Great location in Kings Beach. It was an easy walk to the restaurant and waterfront. The house was comfortable and had most amenities. Communication with the host was excellent!

Tahoe Girls Trip
A great location in Kings beach! House was perfect for our girls trip. It had plenty of amenities, 2 full kitchens, we could walk to the lake, and the owner was very communicative about any of our needs. We had a wonderful time!

North Tahoe Family Getaway
The house was stocked with everything we needed. Fluffy towels, clean linens and comfy beds. The neighborhood was was quiet and the beach was within and easy walk from the house. The check-in process was super easy and the owner was always prompt to reply to emails. He also provided his contact number in case I needed to to reach him for any reason. That doesn't always happen. We had a great stay!

The place and location was just perfect for us, walking distance to downtown and was so convenient to drive down, drop us off at beach with our gear then drive back to cabin and park car and walked down so did not have to worry about parking. Loved it and will definitely be getting it again.

Short walk to the beach.
The house is very roomy and has all the amenities. The 3 bathrooms were a real benefit as there were several of us trying to get ready at the same time. The property owner was very nice and super quick to respond to any of our questions. We would stay there again if we make it to Nort Lake Tahoe again.

Great location!
We loved the location of this property! The neighborhood was quiet, it was an easy walk to the lake, and perfect for running back to the house if we forgot something. We brought paddle boards and loved being able to store them in the garage each night. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The Host was quick to respond to any and all communication. The listing shows a jacquzzi tub in the master bath. The tub was an awesome place to relax with a good book, although the jets in the tub are not in working order. They have wifi, but we found it to be spotty. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again.

Thanks Debbi! Glad you guys enjoyed your stay. Yeah, the Tahoe wireless can be spotty, even though it's from the cable (as opposed to dish or directv, which are really the only other two options, and satellites covered by snow don't work that well). We even just got an upgraded modem from Spectrum, too. I often wonder about people w/ their "work from home" movement who bought up there, if there's any buyer's remorse? I hear from my friends up there that patchy internet is a way of life. I can relate, as we're on hughesnet where we live. As to the tub, again, sorry that wasn't working for you. I thought I removed the reference/s to jetted tub in our listing when it last failed. We thought we had it fixed, but I guess not? Either way, I'll look through the listing again so as not to get people's hopes up, and we'll try to get it resolved as well. Thanks again, and come back any time!

We traveled up to Tahoe during the snowpocalypse so what would normally be a 4 hour drive was 14 hours. It was wonderful to have a garage to pull in to unpack the cars. The house was very nice, up to date , and decorated well. The kitchens were well stocked and there was plenty of TP, towels, laundry detergent, etc. We traveled with my elderly mother and once we got her upstairs she was good. There are about 4 stairs from the garage to the lower level and then 12 to the upper level. The lower level had a room with a full bed and two twins and a full bath with walk in shower. The small family room had a queen pull out couch , a gas fireplace, a tv and Fusball table. There was a full kitchen with a small table. There is a laundry room downstairs and another upstairs. The lower level could be locked off from the upper. Upstairs had a king suite with a tv and master bath with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The master closet was very large and could be used as a room for toddlers. Also a second queen bedroom and full bath with tub/shower. The upstairs living room had comfortable seating for 6-7 and a long dining table to seat 8-10. There is a fireplace and large tv. There was a large kitchen with bar seating for 3. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. It was great having 2 laundry rooms and there was plenty of hot water. Eric answered all my questions/texts immediately and was very helpful. As soon as we asked for sheets someone appeared within the hour to help us out! The neighbors were friendly. We could not see the back yard because of the snow level. The streets were cleared and there was a snow shovel in the garage to further clear the driveway. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent the Christmas weekend here and enjoyed every aspect (including the record-setting snow fall). The house was just as described and perfect for our family. In a quiet residential neighborhood but still just a short drive to the Main Street. Very easy access to several ski parks. House was clean and the owner went above an beyond to make sure we had a good experience!

Great 3 Night Stay
Our 10 person family group fit perfectly in this nicely outfitted home. Plenty of space to spread out for some privacy and enough space upstairs for all to gather at once. Kitchens and baths like new. The location was perfect as it is centrally located for our plans of skiing Northstar & Mt Rose and sledding. Also so very close the grocery store and state line casinos. Very much appreciated having garage access and extra spaces in the driveway. We had a great long weekend holiday!

40th birthday trip to Tahoe
This house was absolutely perfect for my birthday getaway. The pictures do not it justice at how beautiful and spacious the house is. We had 3 families and there was plenty of space. The upstairs was a perfect hang out space for game night and dinning. The house is very clean and well cared for. Eric was very responsive and made the process very easy. We will definitely be returning again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home
Everything you'd like or need in a vacation home. Spacious, clean and within walking distance to the the lake! Thank you to the owner Eric. In these changing times, our two teen boys had to zoom. Both had tests and essays. Eric was gracious working with us to ensure they could use WiFi to complete both prior to departure. A home away from home. Lovely.

Enjoyable retreat with great location
The location is great and there was plenty of space for our family vacation. Note that if you have a walking baby, you should bring a baby gate, the dog gate in the house did the job but we had to secure it with 2 dinning chairs because there really isn’t a good wall to fasten it and allow the baby freedom of the upstairs living area. Kitchens are well stocked and many extras around the house (cooking supplies, spices, cleaning stuff, family games etc), which was very convenient. You can hear the upstairs tankless water heater when you are downstairs and the upstairs window is tricky to close, but not a big deal if you are out most the day. We were happy that the backyard included a propane grill and there is a small 4 person table (no porch, grass or pergola).

Nice home in Kings Beach
Our usual Tahoe summer hangout is Tahoe City, which wasn't available this year. We were very fortunate to find "Two Casas" in Kings Beach. The house was just as described, two separate living spaces. My son and his wife stayed downstairs, and our daughter loved having her own bathroom. The kitchens were well equipped, lots of bath linens, and very comfortable beds. The lake, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. Check in and out was very easy, and Eric was helpful with all of my questions. If we end up in Kings Beach again, Two Casas will be our choice.

Everyone’s Exceptionally Comfortable
The property was awesome and it met every need and it was very comfortable very clean and very accommodating. It provided an outstanding location for the stay up here at the lake and I would recommend it to everyone and I will certainly be coming back to it in future summers

Family friendly home!
Our family really enjoyed our time at this home. Location is an easy walk to lake. We enjoyed our dinners outside on the stone patio. House was very clean. Our host ERIC was so easy to keep in contact with.

Long Weekend Stay
Overall, the property was very nice and the home had a very nice floor plan. It worked well for three couples. Areas for improvement were: 1) The HVAC was not powerful enough to cool the upstairs portion of the home. It would only cool the upper portion of the home to about 87 degrees. We remove the intake filter (which was almost completely plugged); however, doing so did little to improve the HVAC performance. A system diagnosis may reveal the problem with the HVAC system. 2) The pocket door for the Master Bath does not close properly. A track adjustment should remedy this issue. 3) The ceiling fan blades in the upstairs living area were extremely dirty, and need to be cleaned. Beyond these issues, the home was very nice and we'd consider renting it again. Thanks. Joe and Margie

Thanks Joe and Margie, I'm glad you guys had fun up there. I wish you'd have called us though. There is no AC in the house. In Tahoe AC is a rarity b/c it generally doesn't get that hot to need it (although that's getting somewhat debatable, maybe). Either way, if you open the windows at night it'll cool the whole house down. You then shut them in the morning before heading out for the day, and the place will stay cool all day. As to the air filter on the intake, we try to change those regularly but it sounds like we're due to do so again. We'll have someone look into the pocket door, and make sure the cleaning crew gets the ladder we have for them to use on those fan blades. Thanks again!

Thanks again, Bo! Glad you had a good time up there. Kings Beach is definitely an eclectic area of Tahoe, where not everyone's torn down the old 1930s original cabins and built new ones. It does keep happening though, that's for sure. We got really lucky to buy our house in 2009, when it was only built in 2007. Thanks again, and come back any time. Cheers!
