Lake/Beach Front Resort - Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ+ U01

  • Experience lakefront living at our place on Lake Tahoe! Marvel at stunning lake views from your deck, step onto the private beach, or relax on the pier's second-story viewing level. Enjoy resort-style amenities include a pool (seasonal), hot tub (all year), fire pit, BBQ grills, bocce ball, ping pong, a playground, and on-site gym.

    Conveniently located, walk to Safeway, restaurants, and the charming town of Kings Beach with shopping, dining, and activities. Your perfect Tahoe getaway awaits!



    -Wireless high- speed internet, cable tv, telephone.

    -Check-in 4:00pm | Check-out 10:00am

    -Bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, nightstands, dresser, and closet.

    -Bathroom is very functional and has bath towels for 4, a set of 4 beach towels, toiletries, and hand soap.

    -Living/Dining room has TV, Sofa that PULLS OUT TO A BED, coffee table, gas fireplace, and a dining room table.

    -NOTE: Sofa bed is a typical pull out. You are welcome to bring your own foam pad or air mattress. A limited number of Air mattresses are also available at the office on a first-come first-serve basis.

    -Kitchen is fully equipped including: dishes, cups, silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, blender, drip coffee maker, baking pans, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, and much more.

    -Quarter operated Washer and Dryer (common/not in unit) are available at the resort.

    -You are welcome to bring your own kayaks, canoes, rafts, ect. Please store and secure them them in the area in front of the game room or in/on your car.

    -Winter is generally November through May. The resort is located at a high elevation. Please plan accordingly and check the weather before you travel.

    -The resort is located:

    ~38 miles from the Reno/Tahoe Airport
    (via Mt Rose Hwy | Interstate 80 is another route.)

    ~113 miles from Sacramento (about 2 hrs w/o traffic)

    ~8 miles from North Star ski resort

    ~8 miles from Diamond Peak ski resort

    ~16 miles from Palisades Tahoe ski resort

    ~0 miles from Lake Tahoe

    ** Please note that the resort has a strict no pet policy. **

This was a beautiful property. It was represented appropriately. The beach and pool area were clean and welcoming.Umbrellas and chairs for the beach area are not provided, but rentals are available close by.
