Kings Beach Bliss is a charming 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house, walking distance from the beaches and waterfront restaurants! In the summer, pack a picnic Skiing and snowboarding at the Northstar Resort is 15 minutes away. Enjoy golfing at the Old Brockway Golf Course, just half a mile away.

The living room welcomes you with high ceilings, Smart TV (with cable), gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony with gas BBQ and patio seating.

The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and more to make you feel right at home. Gather around the dining table over a warm homemade meal and great conversations with your family and friends.

All 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The last bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a TV/DVD player, great for the kids! There is a shared full bathroom and half bathroom available.

There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.
