You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
New Centrally Located Unit
Brand New Stylish Duplex Unit- This 1 bedroom 1 bath home sleeps 4 and sits in a perfect location just minutes from the regional medical center, I40, Route 66 and Historic Downtown Kingman. The home is also very close to many popular restaurants, local golf course and even Starbucks. What separates this home from others in the area is that you have your own large block wall yard with landscape rock, washer and dryer, all eating and drinking utensils along with a full size fridge, Smart TV etc.
This is not a shared unit. Guests have the whole unit to themselves.

-No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room. Please enjoy your meals and drinks in the kitchen/dining area.
-Please make sure that you turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the property.

-Please ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave to ensure the safety of your personal property in the unit.
-Please place a sheet over the couch and bed comforter if your pets are going to be laying on it.
-If used, please take a minute to deflate and put away the blow up mattress or an extra fee will be charged.
