"Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel. Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. "

After checking with the actual hotel DG Inn Cafe & Bar they mention that Omah Waris doesn’t exists. However the real hotel were kind enough to spare us a room but we have to pay for it and they gave us complementary 2nd day stay. Kudos! Expedia better take note of this.
