"Very polite staff. Breakfast was amazing. Milk was in a pitcher, not real cold… need a better option.. pool was warm, kids loved it. Pool area was dark, better lighting would be nice. The conditioner, shampoo, lotion bottles were very tiny and insufficient. Traveling with a family of 4 and the bottles were basically for one shower for two people at the most. We had to keep asking for more as we stayed for 4 nights. The room was clean, nice towels, clean fridge and microwave. The washers, dryers, and vending machines were quarters, cash only. The front desk was unable to provide enough quarters to complete 2 full loads. That was ANNOYING, we had to get cash from a neighboring atm, then find a business willing to give us some quarters. We will definitely stay here again, but will bring our own shower supplies, and change :). "

"The best place to stay if you have family at Anschutz or the VA. Clean with kitchenette so you don’t have to eat cafeteria food for every meal. Free computer use with printer was a helpful addition as I didn’t bring a laptop this time. Friendly staff… thanks Alex!!"

"The bed sheet appeared stained. We requested a clean set of sheets. These were delivered, and we re-made the bed. There was no trash can in the bathroom and no chair for the desk. A trash can was delivered promptly, but we had to wait until the next morning for a chair."

"The front desk clerk Tiffini was unprofessional and rude upon arrival. Didn't welcome us in, verly uttered a word when we asked something. She didn't provide any info about breakfast time or if the pool was opened. Her handwriting was unintelligible and when we asked what number she had written down she replied in a very rude manner. Every other employee we encountered was awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. "
