"Very comfortable and clean room. Easy access off and on to the express way. Several fast food and convenience stores next to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will tag as a favorite for future trips to Denver/Aurora. "

"Our check-in experience was very disappointing. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful from the start. When she asked if we had ever stayed at the hotel before and we said no, she offered very little information. We weren’t even told where the elevators were and ended up walking the wrong way. When we asked where the gym was located, she said it was on the lower level. When we asked where the lower level was, she simply repeated “the lower level,” without any explanation or direction. It felt like we were a bother and interrupting her day rather than being welcomed as guests. The interaction was very off‑putting and made the rest of the experience at the hotel feel uncomfortable. I would probably never stay here again."
