This property had no hot warm on a Saturday Given it was a very cold weekend, when hot water would have been nice! Hotel was unable to accommodate a late check out, (because I was car pooling for a hockey tournament I had to sit on the very cold lobby waiting for my ride. ) Breakfast is only served till 9 on bc weekends I feel that is early if people have a chance to sleep in, they miss out on breakfast. Walls are thin, we had a dog next to us that was very vocal. Made our peaceful rest time not cery relaxing. Coffee accommodations in the room did not have creamer/whitener in the packets just sugar. My son plays hockey, we travel & stay over in many hotels, I may not be back!

Do not stay here.
To start, the outdoor electrical plugs were all damaged and not working, this was an big issue when its -40. A few of us from our hockey team took terns boosting vehicle's all morning. Second of all the pool had some kind of sand type material being blown out of the air ducks, this covered the floor, pool, and chairs. The hot tub was so hot knowone was able to even think of getting in. BreakfSt on the weekend was from 6-9, and the facility looked like it was a poorly renovated old hotel.

It was really noisey kids screaming running no one did anything about it. Tv didn’t work properly. Toilet broke never quit running. Limited hot water in hotel, wasn’t any when I went to shower took an hour and a half for it to warm up
