"The check-in was easy but we wanted early access but it was expensive. Some places let you go in early if the place was ready. We also had to pay to checkout 1 1/2 hours later. The description if the baths were 2 baths but there were only 2. We were hoping for at least a half bath so we could have two toilets downstairs. The beds were comfy,Place was clean. Front door sticks when you try to open it. We loved the location and easy walk to city center."

"Some of the issues we encountered included: Stained couches Broken fireplace and heaters Insufficient bedding for a cold climate (while there are heaters and electric blankets, they are not safe to sleep with overnight) Kitchen in poor condition: range hood filthy, knives rusted, chopping boards unhygienic, fridge and freezer with strong odours Multiple broken items: BBQ, roller shutters in living room, toaster, washing machine in need of cleaning Balcony boards lifting, causing a trip...
