"My parents had a wonderful stay at Elsio’s home while visiting for a graduation. The apartment was exactly what they needed—spacious bedrooms and bathroom, plenty of comfortable seating, and air conditioning throughout, which was especially appreciated.Communication with Elsio was excellent from start to finish. Upon check-in, we discovered the living room TV remote was missing. After we let him know, he quickly checked with the cleaning team and confirmed it was likely gone. Within just a few hours, he had purchased a replacement remote, brought it over, and set it up himself. Crisis averted!The apartment is located on the second floor of the home. While the staircases are somewhat narrow, the handrails are sturdy and secure. I was initially concerned about this because my parents are elderly, but it ended up not being an issue at all.Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again."
