"The parking situation and how to actually check-in was a little rough, since there are few parking spots, all are very small, and the check-in desk is in a different hotel. Once that got sorted, it was very smooth. The attendant showed us where we can park outside, which was way more spacious. The worst I can say about the room is that one particular floorboard creaked loudly when touched (I feel sorry for anyone who was in the floor below me). All in all, it was a great experience. Well worth the money and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Very close access to the hiking trail we came to see, very quiet room, and all around great room."

"We had a great stay for a weekend wedding. The host had excellent communication and check-in was very simple. We appreciated that there was parking for two vehicles in the lot across the street since both of our larger SUVs would not fit in the garage. The condo is as described and clean though not spacious. This was perfectly fine for our needs, especially for the value of this property in Telluride, but know that the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side and there are stairs to navigate. We also loved the location. It is walkable to downtown, has a free shuttle stop nearby and is close to the river trail which will take you right to the gondola. Overall a great stay for the price and would recommend!"

"We had an excellent stay at this condo. You really can't beat a 5 BR, 5BA condo, and it was very spacious. We stayed during July, so it did get a little hot during the day, but each room had a plug in fan that helped keep things comfortable. We also opened the windows at night if the smoke wasn't too bad and there is a ceiling fan in the living room too that helped cool things down. Along with the rest of our group, we had our toddler and dog with us. Both had the absolute best time! It was so nice to be able to walk to town each day along the beautiful river and take the gondola to mountain village with our dog. Telluride is one of the most dog-friendly places we had been to, which was so nice given our dog's very recent terminal cancer diagnosis. So we wanted to show him the absolute best time, and this condo and town over-delivered. Ryan was very quick to respond to questions and worked to accommodate us during our stay. Overall, we would book this condo again if back with a larger group in the future!"

"Our two families had an amazing time in this beautiful and very clean home. Not only did this home accommodate 13 people very comfortably, the living room areas were immense so we could spread out. The owners were very gracious and kind. We were so grateful for their immediate availability on a couple questions we had. Between the immense deck with panoramic views, hot tub, hiking trails that led to the store and gondolas, and the BBQ, our stay was like being in paradise! What a fabulous home with great accommodating owners! Your crazy not to want to stay in this luxury home!"
