This is a very nice hotel in a great location and the staff is incredibly helpful. Parking is available at a sister hotel about a block away.

Beautiful hotel and good price, centre of everything & parking was fantastic across the road in their sister hotel Killarney Park Hotel, in which we enjoyed a beautiful meal and drinks there also.
Breakfast in Pollys downstairs was very nice.
All the staff were super nice. We definatily be coming back here again.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. The food is outstanding and all the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We were there for four days and didn’t want to leave. I particularly wish to thank Mauve, who made our breakfast each morning feel like we were with family. Thank you everyone.

I am delighted to know you had such a fabulous experience and Maeve is thrilled by your remarks. Hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the not-too-distant future. Best wishes,
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at across 5 continents. Extraordinary value for the price. Every
member of the staff we encountered went out of their way to be of service. Wished we had spent more time in Killarney and not jumped around Ireland so much. Circle of Kerry and National Park are georgeous places to visit.

Dear Linda,Thank you for sharing your excellent rating about The Ross.It was a pleasure to welcome you and we sincerely hope to have the chance to host you again.Warm Regards,
Killarney was the highlight of Dublin, Cork, Killarney, Galway, Dublin trip. The Ross was VERY nice, I would definitely stay here again. Great Staff, nice room, solid 9.0
Amazing location and property. Right in the heart of town, but quiet and private. Friendly staff, beautiful room with a fireplace. Would definitely stay here any other time visiting.
The Ross Hotel is lovely and in a great location in Killarney! Great breakfast with a great staff. The front desk was wonderful in helping us navigate our day. The room was nice and comfortable. The only criticism I have is the shower is small and square. I would definitely stay here again!
Great area to see Killarney. Take a carriage ride through the park with Tommy. Knowledgeable and a dry sense of humor.
Would recommend the Celtic Dance show
Smaller venue and excellent.
The staff was friendly and professional.
Room was nice and bathroom was great.
Great breakfast downstairs.
Great for all ages.

The hotel is located adjacent to Brewer's Alley - it literally felt like we were trying to sleep in the middle of a pub. There was a huge streetlight angled right into the room, which we were able to block with black out blinds. The noise didn't die down until 3:00 a.m. We were also lured in by the pink gin bar, which was not open. The food at the restaurant was mediocre. We also had to park across the street.

The Ross is a unique hotel with a decor that has a unique flair. The staff are super friendly and assisted us with everything we may have needed help with
The rooms are nice, the restaurant is great and the location is awesome right in the middle of a very lively Killarney.
We recommend this hotel for individuals and families as well.

The hotel is a very nice property with a great location. However, there is pretty much no good soundproof between the windows and the busy streets around them. It was a Thursday night and I could not go to bed until about 2 AM because there were people in the back alleys partying and making noise. Don’t stay here if you want a nice night of sleep

Dear Marie, I'm so sorry to hear you had issues with street noise during your stay.We do have two sets of windows in all our bedrooms that face towards St. Mary's Church. Our town centre location can mean, on certain occasions, there is a possibility of street noise. We appreciate the feedback and wish you well.Best wishes,Ciara @ The Ross
Location was excellent and staff were very nice. The restaurant was very nice and unique. The restaurant was an exceptional experience. The room had A/C and was very well maintained. The shop had for sale many nice products and artwork. This was an outstanding hotel.
We had a fab stay. Room very comfortable with fine big solid bed. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Had food in the spacious bar which we both enjoyed. Will definately return again.
We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are amazing... large and complete with showers and tubs. There are a lot of places to walk to.
We had breakfast in the hotel. They were very accommodating with our wishes to change up the breakfast menu items.
The only thing is that their laundry service was too expensive. It wasn't a problem though as there is a laundromat just up the street. We highly recommend this place.
I stayed for two nights in August 2022. I had the junior suite room which was spacious with added amenities. I was glad with what I had for the money I paid. There was US electric socket style which was helpful. The bathroom was spacious, clean and drained well. I enjoyed the bar and morning breakfast menu.
There’s a lot of construction ongoing I front of the property and parking is off site down the street at another hotel. The staff was lovely, the room cozy with coffee and goodies. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant a delight.
It was a last minute booking and glad I chose this hotel. It was much nicer than I had expected and the beds were super comfortable. Reception was amazing - friendly and very helpful with recommendations and directions.
Small hotel with fabulous rooms, breakfast service was impeccable and staff were very accommodating. Close enough to walk to/from bus/rail stations as well as to the main part of town. Staff recommended the Gap of Dunloe tour - absolutely fabulous and would recommend.
The hotel is conveniently located in town and we loved everything about it. The bar downstairs is fun and had great cocktail options to get the evenings kicked off. Hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hands down, we will be staying here again. Loved everything about it.
