I don't know what you are talking about , I greeted you myself (owner) and obviously wasted my time giving you all the information about the premises , the town good places to eat etc. And when your wife came to reception enquiring about the wi-fi she was attended to straight away and we got her connected . I think you were qbviously having a bad day and looking to lash out at someone

The Gardens is a great budget friendly B&B. The location is close to everything but quiet. My room was clean, the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good.

First off, great location. 5 min walk up the road and bang. You're in the middle of town. Pros: Comfy bed, great shower, location, breakfast and staff were great. Cons: Very dated, curtains barely block any light at 11pm, oil/water? Heater constantly pops and groans 'all' night, 1920's skeleton key lock is a great novelty, but practically annoying and painful to lock/unlock the door. Could easily do with some up dating to this century.

The woman who checked me in was very friendly. This hotel is long overdue for an upgrade. No outlets near the beds for devices. In fact, my room had only one outlet and it was on the opposite side of the room. This place looks like it has not been upgraded since the 1950s. I would not stay here again.

The facility was close to the tourist area which was a plus. The room was clean but poorly set out. It was on the second floor with NO elevator. Shower and bathroom postage stamp size. Few electric outlets. TV smaller than my laptop. Thought we were back in the fifties. Price was reasonable but disappointing two nights.

Lovely property. Walled, secluded, secure, convenient. Small but efficient room and bath. Tasty, plentiful breakfast. We were a very short walk from the train station, the city center and restaurants. Spent three hours in the quiet, cozy lobby before walking to the train station. Really enjoyed our two day excursion in Kerry.

First sight did not fill us with joy but from then on in was great. Quick easy check in. Lovely reception, clean corridor. Perfect room. Comfortable beds, pillows. Very clean. Quiet well away from the busy roads yet only 5 mins walk into town centre. Really friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Nice Place to stay very near Killarney
Nice Place with a pretty good breakfast. Walking distance to Killarney. Has a good yard and is in a peaceful environment even though it is pretty close to the city.

It felt more like a hotel than a B&B. But our host was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat. He gave us a great suggestion to hire a boat to take us to Meeting of the Waters.

We loved staying here, our host was very nice and gave us good advice about places to go see. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location of the place was perfect, a very short was from the city center but far enough away that you wouldn't get disturbed by the music and singing in the bars.
20 minutes drive from the hotel is ladies view. Worth a visit!

It was right in prime tourist area so lots of places to eat. It is an older property but well maintained...however needs more electric outlets for all the computers phones and cameras we carry these days...perhaps s plug strip to multiple the single outlets

It's a roadside inn. While the breakfast and service were good it was let down by the following: An extremely uncomfortable bed No heating (it shouldn't be needed in August but it was due to damp weather) Poor ventilation in the room meant everything felt damp.

The care taker was a great host. Very pleasant and gracious. She made our room available 2 hours before check in. She also made sure that our ride to bus terminal was on time. Overall, our stay was pleasant and wonderful. I would recommend to anyone.

Another Hidden Gem
The B+B is sited in a large park like area right the centre of Killarney, a short walk from all the central attractions. The room over looked the garden enabling you to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Breakfast was very good.
