The condo was conveniently located to the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean and appeared recently, not perfectly painted but wonderfully decorated with a beach theme. The balcony was our favorite spot allowing us to enjoy the ocean at all times of day. The sliding door was difficult to open and close and needs work but it was well worth the struggle. The welcome bag provided by the realty compa ny was a welcome surprise as it contained toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Didn’t want for anything. The linen package at 100 was actually better than I thought as it also contained dish towels. The sheets and towels were standard hotel grade, nothing special but served their purpose. The beds were adequate and we slept well. We didn’t lack for entertainment as the house two doors down continually partied with loud music and very loud talking which sometimes sent us inside but it wasn’t bad inside. There is no elevator which makes it difficult to carry luggage but there is a luggage lift, it doesn’t always work and if it’s raining, it’s not covered. Bring a strong son in law!Could have used instructions for the 3 remotes to the living room tv but we weren’t there to watch tv. There was an odd odor to the place, probably old building and salt air and black on ceiling and in rug but there was spray in the bathrooms that we used. Would stay again.
