Located on Bay Drive in Kill Devil Hills, you'll have access to the bike path that spans the neighborhood as well as the gazebo off of Hayman street. Plus, at Bohannon, you'll have access to unparalleled sound views. There are steps from the bulkhead to the sound water, making it easy for you to enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking. Not big on water sports? No problem! At Bohannon, you'll also have front-row seats to the most stunning Outer Banks sunsets! At Bohnannon, you'll be also able to enjoy shopping, dining, and more within minutes of your Outer Banks vacation rental. Nearby favorites are Henry's restaurant, Mom's Sweet Shop, and the Seagate North Shopping Center.

Inside Bohannon, you'll find a brightly decorated space with plenty of room to gather with your family. Pros: The inside of the house was clean, check in was easy, the kitchen was fully stocked. There were lots of games and a nice welcome bag with local store recommendations, soap, and a couple of trash bags to get you started before going to the grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet with a bike path that starts at the house. The house is centrally located and was 5-10 minutes from most attractions. The balcony on the back of the house was a nice place to sit with coffee most mornings. Quiet and peaceful. Cons: There are a lot of spiders. The cobwebs were on the outside of the house. There were also biting ants that bit our feet and legs preventing us from sitting outside for too long. The water behind the house was beautiful to look out at, but don’t be under the illusion that you’re very close to water. The neighbors have a pier to be in the water, but this house doesn’t have that. Something I wish we would have known prior to booking. Also, the dryer was broken. It looks like it may have been broken for a little while and we had to hang our laundry on the spidery clothes line. Overall, we really enjoyed the house with its homey touches, but we just wish the outside was as comfortable as the inside.
