"We stayed in the older building, which was clean and maintained. The rooms are showing their age, but remain clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and a wealth of local information. "

Service is terrible, most staff are very slow and indifferent, assuming that is you can actually find them. Drinks take an age to arrive and you have to ask several times. If you are looking for cheap and cheerful then the hotel is ok, but it is not somewhere i would choose to stay again. "
