We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. "I had a fantastic stay at Frederiksdal Sinatur Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning or could not find the controls, the room stayed pleasantly cool throughout my stay, which made it very comfortable
The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area or commuting to Gentofte!"
"The property said the check-in was open until 22:00, but when we arrived at 20:00, we had to look around to find someone. The description said their bar was open until later, but we were told it was unavailable when we checked in. Our room was in the basement of a dusty inn with ill kept carpets, and the shared bathroom had mildew in the grout tiles. The shared kitchen had very noticeable stains on the appliances. We felt uncomfortable and slightly unwelcome. "
"Wittrup motel was great. Good option for cheaper accommodation near Copenhagen with free parking. I had no car, but public transportation was easy with 123 or 141 bus and i loved being on the green B line, excellent access to everything. Good restaurant on premises, but also try fantastic Turkish restaurant across the street, Mina Etliekmek. Rooms spare but clean and bathrooms modern. "
