The property is a GREAT location!!! Just steps to the ocean. Beautifully manicured property with lush vegetation. The market area close by is nice and convenient. There are rooster and chickens everywhere, every part of the island. But this property the roosters begin crowing at 4:15am and there are dozens of them all crowing and it is loud. You will have troubles sleeping through it. The continuous crowing lasts most of the day. Quaint at first, but by day 2,3,4 not so quaint. The rooms need an upgrade and their air conditioning systems could also.
The front desk staff are good, but also poor. Depends on who you get.

This hotel was amazing! We loved the interior decor, hallways were even beautiful and
Clean. The outdoor part was excellent for children and families, backs up to a beautiful beach with access to the sunrise which is an important aspect of the trip. Staff was great. Just did not expect a parking charge of 30$ daily. Otherwise we loved our stay!
