Check in staff was helpful but brash, this was the only negative thing I had to say about the property. Place was nice, beautifully renovated, well stocked with essentials and the view was nothing short of stunning. Would have given it 5 out of 5 if check-in staff had been more caring and considerate with their tone and overall attitude. Listing description accurate, clean and well maintained. Customer service not great, I would recommend this property and location as it was close to everything and very beautiful.

Wonderful Condominium with Amazing Views
This was our first stay at this property and it was wonderful. The condo was clean and well equipped. The recent remodel was nicely done and the views from the lanai were stunning. This condo does not have air conditioning, but don't let that be a concern. every room has a ceiling fan and breezes from the Trade Winds keep the place cool and filled with wonderfully fresh ocean air.
The property is well situated in Kihei, with shopping, dining establishments, and equipment rentals (snorkel, surfboards, stand-up paddle board, etc) within in easy walking distance, with many right across the street.The resort staff members were very helpful and welcoming.
We will definitely stay in this unit again or in another Ali'i condo on this property. Mahalo!!!
This property was in a perfect location with a nice beach and great snokeling! Saw turtles every day. We celebrated my mom's 90th birthday. Very comfortable, great lanai for just people watching on the beach. Convenient BBQ for dinner prep. Having the Tommy Bahama's beach chairs came in very handy for our beachtime.
Just across the street were some amazing shopping and restaurants.
Each room had a ceiling fan that was great! Showers in both bathrooms were very nice. The washer and dryer came in handy and they even supplied us with 6 laundry pods, so didn't need to buy detergent.
Management from this resort greeted us in our room. Had a special gift for my mom's b'day. We had an amazing time in 405.
Condo was not clean. Pain pealing on the walls furniture warn, stains on dining room seats, beach chairs broken snd/warn out. Beach towels stained, toilet paper was not adequate for 4 adults.
The lenai had a beautiful view of the ocean and the ocean breeze was wonderful!
However… for the amount of money and rundown condo furnishings… we will not be staying there again. The concierge desk was superhelpful BEFORE WE ARRIVED…but non existent after we got there. Did not return my calls not once!!!
Again … not recommend A or stay there ever again or go through Alii Resorts!

We stayed here for a week in early March. This was the second week of our Maui visit. The first week we stayed in Lahaina town. Being so close to the water and listening to the waves crash into the sand at night is an excellent benefit. Often in the morning we would wake up to a majestic view, see people snorkeling and maybe a whale in the distance. Very peaceful. It was very clean, well appointed, and no bugs in the unit. The kitchen area was tight for a big guy like me, but it did have everything you would need to make a meal. The building is centrally located in a residential/commercial area of Kihei. It’s a short walk to a nice swimmable beach park or Cafe Olei, a nearby restaurant we enjoy. The downsides were a smaller sized parking lot. The building felt older than we had assumed. Parking our full size SUV in this lot was a nightly challenge. The unit felt smaller than I expected and I didn’t find the furniture inviting to sit on. Dishwasher left a film and smelled bad. I could’ve asked management to address the issue, but I didn’t want them replacing or a repairing the dishwasher during our short stay. Thank you!!

The place was a little dirty upon arrival and there were several things that were broken or damaged. I brought some them to the attention of the manager and they were prompt to replace a few key items. There were still several things that need some attention/fixing to help make an overall great first impression and feel less like a rental.
