    Kamaole Sands is a mini-paradise with 15 acres of lush landscaped ponds, fountains and foliage. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor of building 10 is arguably THE MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION in the resort with GORGEOUS OCEAN VIEWS and just steps from Kamaole III Beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, a paddling pool for children, two spa pools, four tennis courts, an exercise room, ping pong tables, activities desk, and multiple barbecue areas throughout the property. BBQ grills are located at the end of our building.



    We want you to feel the comforts of home, yet the luxury of a resort. ALL FOUR MATTRESSES WERE REPLACED IN MAY 2022. Enjoy your favourite shows on one of our

My family of 4 and grandparents enjoyed every day we spent here. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and prepare meals. The view was outstanding and we took in many sunsets from the grass outside the lanai. We will be back!

Perfect location! Loved the chickens and their babies, but the roosters were a bit loud every am. Certainly expected in Hawaii. Ac in front bedroom is loud/ratchety and we never needed to use the living room AC. Just be overhead fan. The WiFi works sporadically. Kids also loved the pool and the bbq’s were of great use. It was so convenient to have all the beach and pool toys. I would suggest getting some new non stick pans. The place was very clean. Great communication with host. Overall a great time was had by all! I highly recommend booking this home.

Amazing location! Ocean view to enjoy with your morning coffee, right across the street from the beach, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We were 5 and a baby. Floor was filthy. Ran out of toilet paper, dish washing pods and Kleenex. Other than that we had a great time. Beach was so close. Beds were comfortable but third bedroom (twin beds) sheets and comfort were not cotton so slippery . Would stay there again!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time in Tad and Kathy's condo. You can see the ocean right from the patios and just walk across the street to be on the beach. We saw sea turtles swimming right near the shore, and several whales from shore also. The condo had everything we needed and when we needed to change our reservation, Tad worked with us to make it all work out. I highly recommend Tad and Kathy's condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed, plus beach toys to use. They were wonderful hosts! Thank you Tad and Kathy.

Maui Beach

This unit at Kamole Sands is fully stocked, clean and super convenient to the beach! We had blast staying here. The pool was a hit with the kids and the sunsets across the street were a hit with the adults!

The stay was wonderful. The place was great. We were especially gratefull for the trunk full of beach toys - the boggie boards were a hit with my boys! The only slight issue was the presence of spiders (daddy long legs) and small geckos in the back bedroom. My youngest son had a tough time sleeping and i cleaned out the spiders each night, so he would feel better - but it's all good. Comes with the territory as far as i'm concerened. Thought it would be good to share with you though, so you know. Thanks for the great vacation spot!

Wonderful stay!

Comfortable and Convenient Basecamp in Maui

The condo was very comfortable, and we enjoyed having the well-stocked kitchen and on-site BBQ’s for making some of our meals. The location is good for a short walk to a few cafes and restaurants, and perfectly positioned for a short drive to snorkeling beaches to the south, or even access to visit other parts of the island.

Great base for a family Maui trip!

We had a great stay at Tad & Kathy's property! The unit was spacious with a wonderful location just across the street from the beach (note that for light sleepers there is some road noise from the front bedroom). They have everything you could possibly need for the beach/pool and were responsive to our needs (even stopping by in-person when we had a sink issue). Would definitely recommend!

Great family vacation

My wife and I are in our late 60's and enjoyed the ground floor no stairs layout of the property. The ocean was right outside, easy in and out with the car we rented, good location so nothing was hard to get to. We had a great time and would recommend the property to everyone.
