The Neighborhood:

Maui Banyan is right in the middle of South Kihei's beach rhythm. South Kihei Road brings coffee, restaurants, beach gear, and little shops within reach, so you can spend less time driving. Keawakapu Beach is nearby for a longer coastal walk. It is a sunny, pedestrian-friendly base for couples and small families who want the water close every day.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
