Oceanfront 5th-Floor Condo – Lanai, A/C, Island Views & Beach Access

  • Located Ocean Front on the Fifth Floor of the Sugar Beach Resort on Maui's South Shore. This condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen is open to the living area and the lanai is off of the living room and offers spectacular oceanfront views. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a sofa bed, allowing this condo to sleep up to four (4) people. The furnishings are a mixture of rattan with tropical accents. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lanai and Kahoolawe.

    Complex Amenities: Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting the second week of September. This year (2026) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/14/26 and reopening 9/19/26.
