Remodeled Quiet Oceanfront Corner Unit on 3rd Floor at Sugar Beach Resort

This unit is remodeled and ready for you to call home for your stay! Walk down the stairs and onto the longest walking beach in Maui! Heading South on the beach, you are a 5 minute walk to delicious Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani Shave Ice. Head North on the beach for a 2 1/2 mile walk along the undeveloped shoreline and Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge. A 10 minute walk down the beach in either direction offers weekly morning outrigger canoeing- guests welcome.

Located at Sugar Beach Resort, a popular destination on Maui, this direct oceanfront property offers spectacular views, and is centrally located, allowing for easy exploration of the island, seasonal whale-watching from your private lanai or simply walking right outside and enjoying the beach and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

From the lanai, you can see Haleakala, Kahoolawe, Molokini crater, the West Maui mountains, whales right off shore (seasonally), Makena State Park, and morning out-rigger canoe practice.

This corner unit offers greater privacy and is larger than other units. Situated on the end of the building, it has a side window that provides extra light and spectacular views down the southern beach coast, including views of Haleakala.

The Sugar Beach office is connected to Maui Sites and Treasures where you can get help booking excursions, rent snorkeling gear, and get advice on local attractions.

This is a beautifully redone unit in a perfect, central location with gorgeous views of the beach and ocean! We know you will love it here as much as we do!

Not a Care in the World

This place was as advertised with easy access to Kihei town fr food and fun.. Being right on the water was perfect… Long Beach walks, warm ocean water with fun waves… to 8 feet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too! Plan to come back to Maui and book the same spot.

Honeymoon at Sugar Beach!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach! The condo was clean, bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and I will miss walking the beach every morning. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was well outfitted for all of our needs especially beach chairs and a cooler for hanging out at the beach. The views were incredible and would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo had everything needed. Larassia was great helped with everything we needed property has good stores for snorkeling and good sandwiche shop and bar right there. Kihea stores and restaurants also close

Vacation in Maui

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was absolutely breathtaking to look out the window and see the ocean. We loved walks on the beach, but also hanging out at the pool. I would 100% recommend and would stay here again!

This condo was exactly as listed with a beautiful beach front location and all the amenities you could need. We really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler for going out and the well stocked kitchen and beautiful lanai for when we stayed in. Centrally located and close to everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Immaculate condo with beautiful views and just steps to the water. Condo had all the amenities needed for the beach, chairs, coolers, body boards, etc. Location was great. I would recommend the condo and would definitely stay again.

Week Exploring Maui

This condo is clean, bright, comfortable and most importantly, oceanfront. We experienced lovely sunsets and early mornings out on the balcony and loved hearing the sound of the surf while in the condo. The condo is well equipped in the kitchen and bath and the bed is really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay

We had a lovely stay at Sugar Beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. You can tell these units are older, but it didn’t feel like that on the inside. We had everything we needed for our stay and were very comfortable. So nice to hear the waves breaking right outside our balcony. Thank you!! We would love to come back!

Amazing Apartment, they’ve thought of everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach, the apartment was fantastic, everything you could think of and more, from boogie boards to every kitchen utensil you would need. Super comfy bed, and very well looked after place. Would definitely recommend! The situation is perfect too, easy to access the whole island as very centrally located. Thanks for having us :)

The perfect stay!!!

Absolutely stay here!!! This is the most perfect condo and I wish we could have stayed so much longer. The view is stunning and the condo itself is clean and cute and has everything you could possibly need. We had chairs, an umbrella (life saver), coolers, and everything you would need to make full dinners at home! We spent more time there than anticipated because we loved it so much. Couldn’t recommend more and we can’t wait to be back!!

Beautiful beach

Unit was great and had everything you could need. The beach is amazing, the sunsets from the lanai were epic. Location is great for access to all parts of the island. Only draw back was the neighbor next store who on a few nights of our stay was loudly entering and leaving her unit all hours of the night and early morning hours. Lots of loud talking in the entry way and door slamming coming and going. Definitely made sleeping a challenge given the front door is right by the bedroom.

Great Stay & Location

The unit is just as advertised - very clean, excellent communication/information including check in/out information. I messaged the property manager a question regarding the parking pass and heard back instantly. The location was fantastic and the views from the unit were amazing. It was a huge plus having a washing machine and having a place to get dinner (open late) right on the property. I would definitely stay at this unit again if I return to Maui. Had a great time.

4th stay

We've stayed in the unit 4 times now and it never disappoints. Well appointed unit and a great location that works great whether you're looking to relax in one spot or use the location as a base to explore all of Maui. Sugar Beach can be windy at times but if that's in the forecast other parts of the island are a short ride away. Great owners with an on-island property manager that cares and is very responsive. Our only real negative is that we eventually have to leave....although we'll be back again.

Another Wonderful Stay in Paradise!

This is our second time in this lovely condo! Everything was clean and beautiful, as usual. The hosts are outstanding! You can tell from the minute you walk in that they care about their home, and fill it with everything guests could want or need. The bed is comfy, the furniture is light and bright, the kitchen is well stocked, there is plenty of space, but the best part is the lanai. Watching the waves during sunset and sunrise is a memory for a lifetime. The condo is extra special because it's a corner unit and you can see all the way down Sugar Beach toward Kihei. We will be back to this very special place! We just love it!

Windy Vacation

Condo was great with everything we needed, the rooms, with the exception of the bathroom, all had plenty of room and were cozy. The bathroom is very tight, but functional. THE BED IS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!!! Sleep is important on vacation ;) and more often than not, beds in vacation rentals are cheap and uncomfortable, but not in this unit! Thanks for that! For us personally, this area was too windy - especially in the late afternoon, making pool time hard to enjoy. But all in all, the condo itself was great!
