The condos were comfy and has everything we could have needed. We loved the sand toys and boogie boards. The property is in a great location with lots of shopping and food choices nearby. Would love to come back the next time we visit Maui!

Accurate listing

This was an amazing Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The separate bedrooms and baths was awesome (especially with two kids). It was super clean and check-in and out was a breeze. The location was easily accessible and the beach access was extraordinary with really gentle water which was great for little kids. My family really enjoyed our stay and had a hard time leaving. I would definitely return and recommend this property to friends.

The location on the beach was excellent, and we enjoyed visiting with the other guests at the property. Location on the island was ideal, kind of in the middle of everything. Amazing Family Maui stay

50th Anniversary family holiday

The family was able to congregate on our patio and the grandkids could go to the beach easily from there. The children loved the beach and had a ton of fun. Small enough to meet and get to know other guests, many of whom were frequent visitors. The unit was recently updated, and the location was perfect - directly ON the beach. Everything we needed for the kitchen, pool, and the beach were available. Would love to visit again!

Close enough to walk to restaurants, etc. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. I gave clean a 4 only because the floor needed to be mopped. We went on a sunset sushi cruise, road to Hana, helicopter, Haleakala summit, snorkeling... AWESOME vacation! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Our condo is always clean and well maintained, but our favorite part is the beach and pool area where we can relax and enjoy the view, the beautiful sunsets, walking the beach, and seeing the whales appear on a regular basis. The managers are always friendly and helpful, too.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Stay. Coffee and Tea on the patio in the morning to get your day started with great ocean view. Concierge office very helpful with any questions and advice on to do and see. Helped us with phone numbers for Luau's etc. They have beach chairs, Towels, Cooler in the room and on the padio available are floatation tubes and Boogey boards. Also on the patio are a couple barbecue's if wanted or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Kihei Sands was perfect. It was so great staying just steps from the beach. We had multiple units with grandparents / family, and the small location made it easy to always find a patio table for lunch, beach chairs for lounging. The properties all had their own beach gear that we used both on this small harbor beach, and also brought with us to bigger surf beaches elsewhere on Maui. The location is perfect to either hang on the beach, but also central to Maui so you aren't far from any of the tourist spots. Fruit stands, convenience store, and restaurants all walkable from the condo. We have stayed on Maui before this trip, and would stay here again over the huge resorts elsewhere.

You get some relief in the late afternoon which is nice for swimming in the ocean. Pool is not heated but ocean is warm and pool is only slightly cooler.

Waterfront gem in Kihea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice property, small enough to be personal amongst the guests that varied from seniors to young families. Very easy going, right on the amazing 7 mile long beach of Kihea. Great access to most anything on the central and south part of the island. Two couples, we shared a one bedroom loft unit - 2 twins and 1 King. Great beds. Good climate control. Great kitchen and kitchen appliances / extras including storage containers for extra food and a vitamin for smoothies. Knives were not sharp, but that is very common. A better sharpening stone would have helped. Free and convenient parking. Loved the stay, will come back in the future...... thanks for the great stay.

Family vacation

Information was shared with us from the beginning of our booking. We received information about the area such as things to do and eat. A week before we received information on how to check-in and check-out of the condo. It was great to receive a welcoming package especially after long flight. We enjoyed the facility and its amenities - pool and beachfront, and we even used the grill for a night in. It was a quiet place and the room was sufficient for a family of 4. We spent most of our time outdoors, surfing and exploring the island. A few things to note. The parking spaces are a bit narrow so you have to be cautious in getting in and out of your car. The king size bed is upstairs that may hinder those who have trouble with stairs as the stairs are a bit narrow. The bathrooms are an open shower concept with a partial barrier wall but be prepared to have a wet toilet floor. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family. We would go back.

A Quiet Maui Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed many stays at Kihei Sands & have stayed in both 1 and 2 bedroom units. We have shared a condo with another couple, adult children & have had our grandchildren along with their parents in an additional unit. We enjoy the early mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee which is provided, watching the sunrise, watching for whales & quiet walks on the beach. There is an ABC store, a bakery and a shave ice store, farmers market & a sandwich shop all within walking distance. Any issues we have had from trouble with the TV, a broken toaster, or missing kitchenware are dealt with promptly. The staff are super friendly and are available & onsite 7 days a week. B14 is a well equipped unit, there are ample dishes, servingware, pots and pans and a good assortment of small appliances.
