It's a nice place to stay and very convenient. However, the bathrooms and bedrooms are small. The living room is spacious... and the balcony is very spacious. It's near the beach but it's not a short walk.
Great location, property and views!!The ONLY complaint I have is the pillows are massive (bring your own or plan on buying?) and the master beds frame is very squeaky and loud and made sleep a little annoying.Otherwise, we loved it. Kitchen was appointed well, there were beach chairs and coolers which was such a nice surprise. Great place!
The condo was very clean and presented very well. Only issue was that the air conditioners in the bedrooms had some loud noises to it so would have to end up turning off at night to sleep and then get too warm/muggy.
We really enjoyed our stay a this apartment. It was very spacious for our family of three and could have easily accommodated a larger group. The place is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay including all necessary kitchen equipment and beach gear.It was also spotlessly clean.The only thing that was unfortunate was communication with the leasing company - My Perfect Stays. It seemed like we were handled by 25 different people each of whom offered conflicting information. It felt very unorganised and unprofessional.For example, we asked if it would be possible to store our luggage for a couple hours before the check in several weeks in advance and were told "absolutely yes" by email. We booked our flight tickets taking this into account. Then, two days before the arrival, I was on the phone with someone else from the company ironing out check-in process. They casually mentioned that we can't store the luggage and said that whoever answered my email "had no idea what they were talking about". This was just one of a few irritable things that all together made the company feel unprofessional.I would definitely book this place again if it was possible to rent it through another company. But for the foreseeable future I'd try to avoid My Perfect Stays all-together.
