Located in the highly desirable building 3. Maui Vista resort has three buildings each with it's own swimming pool and pair of tennis court and barbecue area. Across the street Charley Young and Kam I beaches which are spacious sandy beaches with great swimming. Steps away from Kalama Village with its many shops and restaurants. There is a local grocery store nearby as well so you can stay without needing a car! An absolutely perfect location to relax. Near dining, entertainment, surfing, theaters, grocery, gasoline, activities, golf, shopping, and all south Maui has to offer. About 25 minutes from the airport.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide: - beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear, - a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay, - a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies, - drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started - linens, towels, etc.

Very nice location, the unit was a lot larger than the hotel room my cousin rented. It had everything to make it feel like home. I could cook, and do laundry. Go to the pool, beach and local restaurants. Great place.
Wonderful little quiet place. Walking distance to cool Irish bar (Irish family wedding trip) and shops. Check-in and check-out very easy. AC definitely works! All appliances work & quiet. I would definitely stay here again
Perfect place for a family. Great location and clean property with all the amenities. Quiet and perfect size for a small family. Lots of spaces to sleep for kids.
The condo was comfortable and well equipped, and in a great location (about a 5 minute walk to Kam 1). The condo was as advertised. I appreciated having the single bed in the living room, which was more comfortable than many pull out couches. The only downside to the property is the small size of the pools.
The units in this complex are all privately owned. Many are rented out short term and many are lived in full time. This unit was enjoyable to stay in because of the amenities that normally are associated with being at home or staying with family. (Laundry, full size fridge, freezer, full size oven, air conditioning) we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We are tourists, not resortists, we used the space for breakfast and launching pad out into island adventures, and for cleaning up at the end of each day. It worked perfectly for our needs.
We had an amazing time in Maui and loved staying in your place.
It is perfectly located near great local shops and beaches, with our favourite shave ice and gelato place just down the street. It is a very nice place and well stocked. We made great use of the cooler and beach chairs.
Shower head is a little low for taller people, but a minor factor on a great vacation.
Our family is already looking forward to planning another trip to Maui!

The apartment/BnB, was clean, quaint, and furnished for all one needed for a quiet vaca with a significant other or by one's self. It was accessible to the ocean, golf and shopping. Coffee and gym, just down the street.. I will go back and hopefully this location is available! Thank you.

Maui Vista 3210 needs better cleaning and upgrading
We found the cleanliness quite lacking and kitchen implements lacking as well. Everything seems a bit shabby here. The Maui Vista location is very good - right in the thick of busy Kihei and near nice beaches. Maui Vista grounds are very nice as well.
My wife and I stayed for two nights until we moved to a hotel for a conference. We decided that we will come back to Maui and stay in this location for at least a week. The ability to cook our own meals and still have a busy recreation schedule is a huge plus for us! The outdoor gas grill, which we used, was a huge benefit for dinner. Parking the car and getting to the unit took less that 2 minutes verses 10 minutes or longer at a hotel resort. The unit was secluded with on site security and very quiet! Yet it was conveniently located between Kehei and Wailea.

This unit needs a makeover!
The unit was in a great location and there was great communication from the host. This unit however needs some updating! The carpet was visibly dirty and in need of replacement. The provided cooler and beach chairs we refused to use due to being dirty. The remotes for TV/cable didn’t work correctly (even when we followed directions) and the lanai overlooked a parking lot. They provide only enough soap and toilet paper to get you started. Ice maker didn’t work. The shower/tub was slow to drain. The bed however was clean and comfortable. AC unit worked well. Pool was small but clean. We appreciated the provided beach towels and the washer/dryer in the unit. Many kitchen appliances were provided although we only used the coffee maker. We felt the unit was overpriced for the condition it was in.
We did not communicate with the manager. The resort is good with pool and closeness to the ocean. The kitchen was a bit worn down, however we enjoyed the stay.
Great location. Dated and warn flooring, but otherwise a great unit.
It is well appointed with all amenities.
Short walk to beaches, shopping , restaurants, and outside activities.
We had a magical time despite the weather. The condo had everything we needed including snorkeling gear, sand towels, yummy smelling shampoo. Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach. The view was to die for. Security guard with very helpful, property staff was very attentive to the pool and cleaning. Couldn't have asked for more.Thank you for sharing a little piece of paradise with us all. Mahalo.
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable but the couch needs replacing. Location is excellent: it is the third building in complex up from the street so quieter than some buildings. Overlooks pool and tennis courts.
Lovely lush landscaping. Walk through complex and across street for beaches. Up or down street for shopping. Good experience in this unit.
The condo is nice. Very clean. Centrally located in Kihei. Good parking. Appointments well thought out: great stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, nice linens, and, air in each living area. Beds very comfortable. Second floor view of sunsets, pool and gardens. Elevator. Best part is across the street at Charlie Young beach...one of the best. The only downside was the sofa is shot for sitting (don’t know about sleeping because we didn’t use it), but any time in the room usually spent on lanai. ABC store one block south. Has most sundries, some groceries and prepared foods. Overall, I give it a thumbs up 5!

Worn out unit
Unit is worn out. Carpet always seemed dirty and damp. Couch sagging required pillows to sit on. Kitchen was not good, utensils cheap and old. Dishwasher labels worn off and illegible. One door broken. Stove not level. Multitude of tiny ants. Air vents dirty. Towels quite small, child size. Shower really low. Furnishings old in general.
Kihei is amazing, and yes this unit is close to a lot of local bars and restaurants. However, this unit is old and outdated. Their is dust on the ceilings and the base boards. Every appliance is outdated. The beds are hard and the A/C hardly works. The host lied about maintenance being done in the unit prior to arrival that we couldn’t check in even and hour early and no one came in or out for the two hours we waited. The only reason this place can charge what they do a night is because you have an ocean view from the balcony. Pay a little extra to get a different unit.
The property description is very misleading. The rug was not new, the paint was in bad shape, the split AC works only in the living room. In the bedroom is a cheap, portable, noisy and inefficient feestanding AC unit installed with duct tape through an open window. Thankfully it wasn’t hot so we could live with just the ceiling fan, otherwise, we would have gotten no sleep on the rock hard bed if we had to run the portable unit at night. In the bathroom the shower drain did not work properly and the towels were old and stained. There is a new refrigerator in the kitchen but you have to push the door hard to close it. There are no condiments whatsoever except for a salt and pepper shaker. Luckily we brought our own frying pans but wish we had brought a spatula as this unit had a burned black plastic one that should be thrown away. All the beach chairs had broken carry straps. Several days prior to arrival I messaged and asked if we could have an early check it. I was told there was a good chance but never heard back. So when we arrived I called and spoke to the manager who said she would check and call me back if we could get in 2 hours early. Of course, no call. This place is over priced for what you get. The only thing going for it is the walkable location. Oh and the pools are super tiny. Three tiny pools with lawn chairs. Before renting here again we would need to see an extensive remodel.
