This lovely 1 bedroom with sofa sleeper in the living room and 2 bathrooms AIR CONDITIONED condo has an extra large lanai for extra comfort with views of the ocean. Its nicely appointed, and fully equipped with the conveniences you have at home! Its a favorite for many of our returning guests!
Upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and all the conveniences of home. Owner just installed central AC if one wants to cool the place off after a long day at the beach. Bathrooms are nicely remodeled, and living room is very comfortable. Maui Banyan is a lovely complex located in South Maui across the street from the popular Kamaole II Beach and Park. The grounds of the complex have manicured gardens, 2 heated swimming pools, 2 jacuzzi, tennis court and community BBQ`s.
Free parking in covered garage for Complex. Walk across the street to the Beach as well as some wonderful restaurants are just steps away!
Pullout couch so this unit can sleep 4 adults. Central Air conditioned! Elevator from Entrance up to 3rd floor. Beautiful pools and tennis courts and bbq areas on resort. Its gardens are a true Hawaiiana tropical paradise. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT –
1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is 4 p.m. Hawaii time & Check-out time is 11 a.m. Hawaii time. Late check-out will result in an additional charge unless arrangements are made IN WRITING.
2. NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
3. NO PETS - Pets are not permitted
4. Hawaii State Taxes: the tax rate is always subject to change, by the State of Hawaii. We are mandated to collect these taxes and pay them. Therefore, if the tax rate changes prior to your dates of stay, we will need to collect any additional taxes due prior to your arrival.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation of a reservation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date may forfeit the full advance payment. Refund eligibility and processing times may vary depending on the platform through which your reservation was made (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct booking). that result in shortened stay or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We recommend trip insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or changes. If you are due a refund, a 9% fee will be charged due to credit card charges. A refund will be issued within 72 days (M-F). We have no control over the amount of time the credit card takes to issue the check.
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests for the agreed upon rate in this unit is four (4).
7. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time clean linen/towel setup. Maid service is available at an additional cost. If you are interested, please let us know in advance. However, laundry/dish soap and enough paper products to last a few days are provided. Guests must purchase additional paper products as needed but need not re-stock at check-out.
8. RATE CHANGES - Rates are subject to change without notice but will not be changed on any reservation already confirmed.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretenses of any kind will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. If discovery of false pretenses are discovered after check-in, party will be evicted without a refund of any monies.
10. PARKING – Assigned parking stall number is 222, but please go to the front desk to register your car. If you arrive after the office is closed, no worries, just come back the next morning. If it’s a weekend, and the office is closed, no worries, just go in Monday morning.
11. RULES - In addition to the conditions of this Rental Agreement, guests are required to obey any rules put forth by the resort. Pay particular attention to the rules posted in the Pool area regarding food and glass.
12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Tenants shall be responsible for their personal belongings and agree to hold the Owners harmless for any loss due to theft, or damages to or by them while occupying the unit.
13. INSECT CLAUSE: Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitos, geckos, and even cockroaches. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our island, but that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues. If you notice a problem, please call Holly so we can handle it.
By booking with us, each adult guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and will abide by the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement.

Nice place, very good beaches in close proximity as well as plenty of good restaurants. Wish the unit had the proper beach chairs , snorkel gear and boards though.
Loved the condo and the location! Just steps from kam 2 beach and a bunch of restaurants and cafes. Would definitely want to stay here again. Condo was as listed and really felt like home for the week!
Wonderful location, short walk to a wonderful beach. Clean unit, with very nice appliances. We spent two weeks, basically being beach bums. Kitchen could have been better equipped, fine for light cooking.

I would not probably add much to other 10-point reviews… l want to thank the host and all personnel for the beautiful condo and complex premises. Our two-week vacation was the best ever. We all do need a break to take a pause and take it easy. I have not even watched any TV to stay in the atmosphere mentally as well as physically. I totally recommend this condo and the location. Make sure to stroll on the beaches and swim in the ocean. Aloha!

Great location
Where do I start, arrived around 9:00 pm local time, which was 1:00 am for us. Got into our condo, no problem, except it was not cleaned. It was a total mess. No one had cleaned the condo, obviously the person in charge did not check to see if it was cleaned. Phoned our host, she did manage to find us another condo to stay in for the night. It is now 2:00 am our time. Was told it would be cleaned first thing in the morning, and would advise us when the cleaning ladies started. No phone call from host. Eventually the condo was ready around 2:00 pm. Wasted the majority of the day trying to get into our condo. Loved the unit, easy access to beaches and South Kihei road. TV didn’t work in the living room took two days to have someone take a look at it. Great place to stay just not great hosts.
The place was so clean and the location was great! The second washroom was very useful. We were coming in late at night from our long flight and Holly accommodated my request to have the sofa turned into a bed on our arrival. Highly recommend!
This property was smack dead in the middle of Kihei’s resort area. It was always busy but peaceful at the same time. The location was attractive but the condominium was nothing to ignore. The condo was like being at home. We were very comfortable.
Everything about this visit was easy. There was plenty of support to help us get into our place despite us getting in very late and check-out was as easy as leaving a hotel. The location is perfect and while we did a little site seeing, we largely stayed within a two mile radius of our condo. The grounds are beautiful. The beach that is across the street is gentle. We’ll definitely be staying again!

Nice central location - in the Banyan (main building) and in South Kihei (across from Kam2 beach)
The suite was exactly like it was pictured. Nice amenities - including very nice microfibre towels that are great for the beach. A big bonus was the ice maker in the freezer - great for filling your water bottle for a day at the beach.

The condo looks out to the parking garage but don't let that stop you from booking. The beach is a short walk - just across the street. We enjoyed walking to food as well. The condo was very clean and our daughter said the sofa bed was comfortable. The sliding glass doors between the bedroom and the living room did not give privacy but we didn't mind much, since we were just family. We would stay there again.
Right where we like to be when we visit Maui. Quick walk to Kam 2 beach, and sunsets every night. The condo was just right for us, and all the amenities were as described. We only needed the AC twice, but it was a really nice upgrade when we needed it. We will look for this unit next time we visit Maui. Doug
Everything was as listed. Felt like home. Easy and ample parking. Great location. A/C. 2 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great heated pool- my toddler enjoyed it. We found at the end of our stay a pack n play in the closet, not listed but useful for those who need it.
Only cons: cleanliness could have been better. The sliding doors to the room are see through and our toddler had hard time with her naps. However, overall it was a 5 star stay and we would book it again.
