Maui Parkshore #304 Gorgeous, Partial Ocean View, Across Kamaole Beach III

Maui Parkshore #304 has been completely updated, including brand-new, stainless steel kitchen appliances and includes an enormous, 25 foot wide lanai with ocean views. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is equipped with extra high-speed internet so you can stream movies, Both bathrooms have showers (no tub). Complimentary wireless internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unit #304 has no air conditioning. It has a Cal King bed in the master bedroom a Queen bed in the guest room and also sofa sleeper. Maui Parkshore #304 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

You can't beat the ocean view and it was so great to be right across the street from the beach. The condo is big and in good condition. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella! The location is ideal but the unit could use updates. One of the couches is un-usable and the 2 chairs are dirty and falling apart. Other than not having a mop the unit had everything that we needed. The tile floors were not clean upon arrival so we had to call and request special cleaning. The mattresses aren't the best but a thick mattress pad could help. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: There were many things that did not work a fan which we really needed the slider doors we very difficult to open and close we had trouble with **** roaches the dish washer was broken they did fix this quickly.the closet doors did not slide open. Woukd have been more comfirtable with an air conditioning portable unit it wss humid and hot but wasnt one so know when you stay here no air conditioner.

The view was over the top. No A/C, and alot of noise when you opened the door and windows. The most disappointing thing was is that it was fithy!!! dirt on the walls, fans, counters, etc. We cleaned the kitchen and left the rest. Maintenance man came to fix the fan the first day. Should have been done before our arrival! the patio doors were extremely hard to open and screen handle was broken. Closet doors were off the track. Did have beach equipment, of course the chairs were dirty and wore out. Was very disappointed in the condo, but pool and being located across to beach was great!

Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was nice and relaxing, generous accommodations and supplies, the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and reusable water bottles were a nice bonus for beach days. Just needed to adjust to the lack of actual ac in the unit and according to my friend, the couch smelled heavily of mold so she didn't open it up after the first night but she still suffered severe congestion every morning.

Great location; directly across the street from the ocean @ Kamaole 3 Beach. Spacious 2 bed/2 bath with large living area and kitchen. They DO need a new TV as the sound is awful...but for paradise we survived!!

This property has many good things going for it, however, there are some things you should be aware of. First, the good:* Condo was clean and as described* It was well stocked, (including beach items), we didn't need anything else* In some ways, the location was awesome in Kihei, the beach was beautiful and right across the street* Good view from the 3rd floor deck* Spacious for a 2 bedroom condo* Nice pool* Good internet* The manager was quick to communicate and helpfulBe aware of which affected our stay:* the exterior windows are shutter-like, they are useless at keeping sound out, this negatively affected our sleep as the road the condo is on is a main road and very noisy, also, other tenants seem oblivious to these windows.* no AC, not a big deal except for the middle of day when you can't cool down* parking is very limited and tight.

So wonderful. This place is in the best part of Maui.. we went all over the island and found this is the best. The condos are so much cooler and more wonderful than you possibly imagine. Check in process was so easy. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Most magical memories ever.

We had a great time at the Maui Park Shore. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The amenities that we liked the best were the pool and the large lanai. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Nice stay, decent kitchen items, good size rooms and bathrooms. Never felt cramped with 4 adults. Could use some new ceiling fans as we had to setup extra floor fans in each room and the kitchen. Front lanai doors leaked during the storm but it was pretty bad. Location is nice and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Our stay here was very nice. We had close access to the beach, and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night so it wasn’t a huge deal, just would have made our stay more comfortable.

Awesome Experience

We loved everything about this condo and plan to stay here next time we visit Maui, the property manager was super easy to deal with. When one of the beach chairs broke, they were able to get us a new chair within the hour!! We loved the location and the Maui Parkshore property! My only complaint was the floor, the cabinet handles, lanai floor and lanai table were dirty, but other than that it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This complex was great for our family the manager there is amazing, everything very clean and the pool was a daily visit. The unit was pretty good too - lots of towels, dishes, kitchen and appliances/laundry were great. It IS loud with the open air, no AC, and just thin white blinds so it's not a sleeping in place, just have to go to bed early. Biggest complaint is that there is no light on the lanai and that's where the only table is so dinner and games are in the dark or by cell phone flashlight.The ensuite light was also burnt out when we were there and the patio door was difficult to open, but they came out to fix the door quickly. There were beach chairs, some snorkel and small boogie boards for small kids, some larger boards would be nice too. Thanks for the stay!

This is a centrally located property and just across from the beach. The condition of the mattress in the master bedroom is well worn out and it needs replacing ASAP, the foam pad on top of it won't cut it anymore.
