Aloha! Welcome to your Hawaiian home-away-from-home just 1-min walk to Kamaole Beach III, one of Maui's best beaches.

Live like a local in the coveted Building 10 that is closest to the beach, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private lanai.

This beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two full bathrooms with showers, a king-sized bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area.

Feel right at home with WIFI internet access, two TVs, washer/dryer, and a dedicated parking spot just outside the front door. Ground floor location means no waiting for elevators! We also everything you need for your island adventures including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and boogie boards.

Our condo features a walk-out garden lanai with seating for four. Start your morning with coffee outside as you take in the view of the calm blue ocean. During winter, watch for whales breaching from the lanai! End your busy day of exploration with a glass of wine while you enjoy the beautiful sunset.

For your convenience, the reserved parking spot just outside the front door.

While the island breeze and the ceiling fans keep temperatures comfortable, there is also A/C available for those rare warm nights.

Kamaole Sands is one of the most sought-after condo resorts in South Maui. You are surrounded by 15 acres of lush tropical gardens with fountains and waterfalls. Access one of the largest swimming pools in Kihei, a children's wading pool, 2 hot tubs, a workout room, ping pong, foosball, 3 new pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, and BBQ gas grills. On Wednesday evenings, join the free poolside Mai Tai party (temporarily suspended due to Covid).

Truly, what makes Kamaole Sands so desirable is the LOCATION. You are directly across the street from one of the nicest sandy beaches on Maui, with turtle sightings and gorgeous sunsets, popular with locals and tourists alike. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and Wailea golf courses just a short drive away. You are only 25 minutes from the airport and have easy access to all Maui has to offer.

*We take cleaning very seriously, and have taken necessary steps to ensure our professional cleaning staff clean, disinfect, and sanitize following CDC guidelines*

Please note:
The one-time resort fee is paid by the guest directly to the resort at check-in: $35 (registration) + $40 (resort fee plus taxes) = $76.67
This fee is not included in rental fee, and includes the use of all resort amenities as well as entry gate cards, parking permit, daily newspaper, business center at the lobby, Maui magazine, free local and 800 calls, pool access code, and weekly poolside Mai Tai Party.

Relaxing retreat

The unit was great and the owners answered all our questions quickly. The unit was beautiful and the location on the ground floor was awesome for kids to run out and play on the grass. Would definately recommend this property to others.

Overall, a good location and nice complex. Good apartment gym if you want to get some exercise in. Easy to walk everywhere. Biggest complaint was the wifi and A/C. A/C is on a timer and only can last 4 hours at a time, so if you get hot sleeping - you will have to get up to turn back on in middle of night. Also, if you are working remote on your stay, the wifi wasn't very dependable for handling virtual meetings, etc.But overall, it was a convenient and easy place to stay. Would recommend for those looking to completely detach from work and just relax.

Lovely condo with a beautiful view

The location of this unit was perfect - the view of the ocean was ideal, and the walk to the street or the pool were both nice and easy. The beach supplies in the unit were also very much appreciated - a wagon, toys, and more.

Good location, close to great beaches. Owner supplies lots of great beach gear!! 2nd bathroom really cramped. The AC was on a timer. Had to be reset every 4 hours. This unit is not close to the pool. And the hot tub did not work.

This vacation was all about the chill. Being right across from the beach and walking distance to many dining options, made the days easy and relaxing. Sheryl was super accommodating about our last minute request to add a night which allowed us to enjoy another full day before the gruelling red eye home.

Excellent ground floor unit with nice ocean and sunset views. Unit is very well equipped for cooking your own meals and for day at the beach needs. We would stay in this unit again. As noted, the unit is near the end of the property for a very short walk to the beach. Minor traffic noise from the road wasn't an issue at all. 10/10 stay.

Magic Maui

This condo is amazing. Right across from the best beach Kamaole III. The condo is so well equipped for the beach and in the kitchen. The resort BBQ’s are in pristine condition. The view from the lanai is amazing especially at sunset. Sheryl is a very responsive and helpful host. We had the best time.

Maui Sunsets and More

After a 2 week blissful stay at Kamaeole Sands, we are already missing our stay! This unit is situated very close to the beach access with lovely views of the manicured grounds. Sheryl was a great host - very responsive and addressed our needs very quickly. The unit was very well stocked and allowed us to truly “move in” and experience a seamless stay. We will be back again!

Getaway Week

Great location with close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Liked that we were closer to the beach even within the property. Didn't love that the outdoor smoking section is right outside where you exit the property and by our parking. There must have been a mixup with the cleaners as when we arrived while the linens were clean and changed but the floors were sticky and dirty (had to clean) and there was no shampoo, toilet paper or soap. We had to go out and purchase our own. The cleaner did show up the next day with items (just walked in) and seemed confused about our check-in date.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying in the condo this year. This time, we brought our two kids (3 years old and 3 months old). The condo offered a good amount of space for everyone. Sheryl was super helpful and purchased a pack n play for us to use - so nice to not to have to travel with one! She was also super responsive when the umbrella broke and there wasn’t any laundry detergent. We felt very well taken care of again and would recommend to our friends. Thanks again, Sheryl!

Simply Awesome!

We have stayed at Kam Sands many times in many units and buildings. This is the best yet. Nicely furnished and beds are very comfortable. Anyone complaining about the AC should stay in a different location as Kam Sands doesn't have central AC due to age. So yes they are all window mounted and do make noise. No big deal at all but no reason to complain to the owners. All beach supplies are available. They have 2 umbrellas and 3 beach chairs. (so if you have 4 people and need 4 chairs be aware). There are masks and snorkels so all great there. Kitchen is well stocked. 100% would come again to #104!!!!

Lovely location!

This ground floor unit in building 10 is perfect for access to the beach across the street. Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday is provided. Highly recommended!
