In Maui its all about LOCATION and this unit is in the perfect spot. Maui Banyan is located in prime South Kihei where the weather is sunny and beautiful year round. It’s across the street from Kamaole Beach II which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard station and is complete with a park and shower. Kamaole II is a great beach for laying out, swimming, sailing, snorkeling, boogie-boarding, and turtle sightings, as well as catching perfect sunsets and waves. Maui Banyan is one of the best places to stay in South Kihei. This stunning remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you’re looking for on your Maui getaway.

This fantastic condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, AC & sleeps up to 4 people. The master has a wonderful king sized bed and there is a brand new queen sized memory foam pull out in the living room (2022). It's conveniently located on the first floor, steps from the beach, and walking distance to shops, restaurants & grocery. Neighboring Wailea offers great walks, golf, restaurants and high end shopping.

Enjoy all the RESORT amenities including pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ area w/ NO resort fee.

Our Air Conditioned (living space and bedroom) condo features a fantastic floor plan for 4 with tile throughout. There is lanai space located off of the living room and bedroom. The additional full bathroom makes it nice for a family to clean up after a day in the sand, no waiting in line for the shower!

Everything was great!! Hop and skip to beach and plenty of shops in walking distance (less than a quarter mile) host was very responsive when I had questions before check in. Ac’s worked great. Rental and property was super clean.

Summer vacay in Maui

Clean and extremely comfortable accommodation with all the amenities needed for a vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting the feel of home away from home. We grilled perfectly done steaks for dinner enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. The grounds are well kept and the wildlife was a pleasure to walk around.

Awesome apartment with proximity to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s fully equipped with everything you could need—including a washer and dryer, and full beach gear (chairs, umbrella, even a cooler), so there's no need to rent anything. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment itself was quiet, making it easy to relax. Parking is available on-site, which was super convenient. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store, and a great base for exploring the island. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

This place has all of the above including a comfortable bed, extra pillows and great location. They have excellent communication. Fred’s restaurant and the Fish Market is a must - walking distance . 2 minutes walk from the beach and the beautiful sunsets. Kraken coffee was the best and this was walking distance too

Awesome Condo & Location

This was my 2nd stay at Maui Banyan, but the first in the H-110 condo. Everything about the experience was just as noted on VRBO. Highly recommend this property! Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous and he gave excellent suggestions for dining.

The location was perfect! Right across from the beach, and not too far from the pool. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we need to make the stay smooth. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella to take the beach also. Owner was easy to work with and committed with and was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Our stay at Maui Banyan was wonderful. The condo was neat, clean and had all the amenities you need. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and the king bed was comfortable. Having a second bathroom makes everything so much easier and faster. The owner was responsive and informative. I highly recommend this unit and Maui Banyan but especially for the location. You are directly across Kam II which is one of the best beaches for families, snorkeling and turtles!

Stay at Kihei Maui Banyan

This VRBO was very clean with all of the amenities you could need. The beach chairs, towels, body board, umbrella, and wagon were absolutely wonderful! We used them multiple times. The main bed is super comfortable; I was going to look at the brand of mattress and forgot. It's super quiet, and everyone we encountered from the front desk to the condo manager and owner were super accessible, friendly, and helpful. The location can't be beat; we were within walking distance of two great beaches, a park, several shops, not to mention multiple restaurants with wonderful food and service.

Awesome place!!

What an awesome spot! The condo is the perfect size for a couple or a small family looking for a quiet, easily accessible spot with a friendly atmosphere. Located within a short walk to the shops, food and the beach and if you wanted to venture further, the main highway was just minutes from the location. Zach was a pleasure to work with, always answered if there were any questions and helped to make it an effortless trip to the island. We will most certainly be back!

Great Condo in Sunny Kihei!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zach's condo. The condo itself is even better than the pictures...lovely decor...super comfortable king-size bed...the kitchen is well stocked...and everything you would normally have to rent for the beach is stored in a closet. Bonus points for sure! We enjoyed the 2 pools and close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops...Oh...and want to be sure to mention...Zach was great! We'll be back. :)

This is a fantastic property. Has everything you need. Loved the 2 patio doors. One in living room and one in bedroom. Nice kitchen with all cooking equipment you need. Two new bathrooms. Close to the pool and the beautiful beach is just across the street. Three restaurants a block away. Many more a little further. We had a awesome time!

This is the place to stay when in Kihei!!

Now that I said that, paradise will be booked FOREVER!! Zach was very responsive, easy peasy check in/out. Condo was one of the best stocked I have ever stayed at. Kitchen had it all as did the beach supplies. Condo location is close to beach, parking, pools and shops. The bed was uber comfy and I am a hard sale, bad back and all, but I never once woke up stiff. THAT says a lot to me! Lots of detail and quality went into this condo to make anyone's stay less stressful. Even the bath towels are inviting & plush. If you are thinking of staying in Kihie, rent this condo. Don't think, just DO!! You will not regret it!

Very impressed!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Zach was excellent and checked in on us to make sure everything was OK. The condo was super clean, very well appointed with dishes and Tupperware, and the king size bed was quite comfortable. The A/C was excellent and the ceiling fan over the bed was great! For beach things it had boogie boards, two umbrellas, four or five beach chairs, a cooler with freezer packs, and a wagon to get in all to and from the beach. The Maui Banyan itself is excellent as well. There's always lots of ground staff keeping things looking good. There's two nice sized pools, five super clean BBQ's at each pool, and lots of chairs and umbrellas. It's right across the street from Kamaole 2 beach and totally walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants. We absolutely recommend staying at this condo!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we really loved it! We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, and being on the ground level. We also loved having 2 bathrooms and it will be a must have in our new home we purchase!We were very busy exploring the island most days and didn’t use the pool much, but it was nice when we did. We also love the chairs and boogey board for the trips to the beach. The only thing I didn’t love was that the AC unit in the bedroom would only run for 6 hours. We would wake up pretty hot and have to turn it on. Overall though, it was a really nice place and I’d highly recommend.
