Top floor beachfront unit with vaulted ceilings, AC, Oceanview's and Beautiful Sunsets. Luana Kai is truly a beautifully landscaped property. You can enjoy a heated pool, Jacuzzi, Saunas, shuffleboard, BBQ area, tennis/pickleball courts, and putting green. Perfectly located in the beautiful and sought after oceanside of South Kihei road.

The Space:
Super convenient and central location make it a short drive to almost anywhere in Maui. The lofted master bedroom upstairs has a private bathroom, King Bed as well as split AC. Additional downstairs bedroom has two twin beds, split AC, windows for a bright appeal, and the 2nd bathroom close by. Living room has cable TV, split AC unit, as well as pull out sofa bed for your 5th guest. Dine inside on the table and counter seating, or utilize the balcony which has a full size table to enjoy meals at sunset, or simply sip coffee in the mornings after sunrise.
Consistent 5 star ratings makes this a perfect choice for anyone, especially families or those traveling with 4 or 5 people. Light bright and airy, you will enjoy the immense sunsets from the lanai or while taking a stroll down Maui's longest beach right in front of the property. Luana kai means "to be at leisure by the sea," and this could not be more aptly named. So come and enjoy the leisure by the sea folks.

Very Pleasant

The apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable for the grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and one grand child. We enjoyed the updating it has received. Communication with the host was excellent. Luana Kai is a fabulous smaller resort.

Pleasant and relaxing

Low key resort with good space for 4 person family. Loft was airy and had wonderful natural light. Great views of property garden and bay beyond. Beach is rocky but still enjoyed the waves and walking the strip right off the property. Salt water pool is great. 1/2 mile walk / 2 min drive to a variety of stores and restaurants, including excellent food trucks!

Great location

This property is in a wonderful location. The manager is quick to respond with any questions. There are some repairs that need done at the condo, updating of items, and extra cleaning but the manager was accommodating and kind. The condo is stocked with lots of beach supplies which is a wonderful bonus. Overall a good stay and it will be an excellent place to stay with some minor updates and organization.
