Bedroom has addit’l. port. new A/C, a work desk w/USB charging, Beauty Vanity desk, Smart TV, Queen Bed with addit’l. new Memory Foam Topper and quality Linens, Robes & slippers provided. LivingRoom has reclining couch and a quality Murphy BED (Full), Spectrum TV, Wifi. Step out on Lanai watch Sunset with cocktails, or am. Coffee. Beach Towels, Chairs, Cooler & Beach Wagon provided. Enjoy the onsite Shared Pools & shared 2 BBQs right downstairs! Tennis Courts onsite. Walk to lots of Dining, shop, and nearby Grocery stores are a few min. drive! BEACHES: Across the street from our Condo: Charley Young, Kamaole I & II, and the Cove is a couple minutes walk if you want to surf. Absolutely no one allowed to stay at unit that isn't on original Booking, Violation will result in immediate termination of reservation with no refund
Non smoking unit- NO smoking in unit or out on Lanai: Maui Vista is a Non smoking complex. Quiet after 10pm. NO parties, events or excessive noise.
POOL KEY: Loss of it is a $100. Replacement cost. No glass or shower towels at Pool-Please use plastic cups & Beach towels at Pool.
