One Bedroom Ocean View Deluxe Luana Kai D101

  • D101 with AC is a 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor full ocean view condo with a king-size bed.  There is a sofa bed in the living room. This corner unit has added side windows to allow trade wind breezes to flow through the condo.  There are ceiling fans and split system ac in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is redone with granite counters, tile back splash, and recessed lighting. There is a shower in the bathroom. The tennis & pickleball courts and park area are easily accessed from this location. Enjoy dining on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets or a rousing game of pickleball.  

    Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.   Tennis & pickleball courts.
