  • Kihei Bay Surf Studio #213 Is a beautifully furnished studio that is just steps from the beach, guests can walk the beautiful shoreline for miles in either direction. To the south, some of Kihei’s best restaurants are less than a mile away including the island famous Nalu’s Restaurant, Coconuts Fish Tacos and some of the best cafes on the island. In the winter months humpback whales can be seen right offshore. This unit features a vaulted ceiling and a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV for your entertainment. Guests have access to a wide range of popular streaming apps, available for easy viewing. Most major streaming services are supported; guests simply log in using their own accounts. A high quality Bluetooth audio speaker is also available for guest use in the unit. There is a full kitchen and bath, as well as a King bed and queen sofa bed that can sleep 3, Air conditioning is window unit. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Please note: This unit is on the second floor, with no elevator available. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights. We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience. The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei, across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV and can sleep 2 people. In addition, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops, restaurants and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.

My stay at a studio apartment in Kihei

Since I spend most of time while on a Hawaiian island out and about I really just look for a clean comfortable place to stay and this fit the bill. It was clean and quiet. It is right across the street from a beach and the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary.

Perfect for relaxation

The unit is located in a building complex that is off the beaten path, across the street from a nice little beach where sea turtles visit from time to time. We were just a short drive (or a 20-min walk) from restaurants and groceries, which was very handy. The unit has a very comfy king bed, and A/C and fans to keep things comfy. Would highly recommend, and hopefully we will return soon!

This studio condo was just what I needed for a home base! It was clean, centrally located, and well stocked! The decor was a little dated, but still ok- I really didn’t spend too much time there anyhow!

The property was just as described! We were here on our honeymoon and were not in the actual room much, but really appreciated the air conditioning! The beach is just a short walk away and the rental came with snorekel gear along with some other beach items. We did not use the tv, but comes with a variety of platforms. We did have to contact the rental and they were great to respond quickly! The picture was of two doves on a tree right outside our door!

Overall great stay

Overall everything was great. Our two issues were that they didn’t have the A/C running when we arrived and it was really hot! It took many hours for the small window unit to cool the place down. The second was that they only had one tiny 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner bottle for our three night stay. Needless to say we had to go buy some. But overall clean, easy to get in and a good location

Perfect for my trip!

Loved this studio condo.. perfect for my trip! It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and stove.. I could bring back leftovers that I usually can’t keep at a hotel! I gave location 4 stars.. the flooding prior to my arrival made the roads a mess. Several closures as they did the clean up. Made a little difficult to get to and from a few days. Other than that the location is wonderful. Tv was nice I could watch the Australian Open each night and football on Sunday! Communication was right on the nose, parking was always available and it was quiet!! Thanks for a great week!

Good property, good location, not very clean

Good condo with everything you need and more. Not very clean, but that's the issue with the cleaning people management need to address. Floors are pretty dirty, there was a broken glass everywhere: floor, inside the microwave and most disturbing on the mattress of the sleeping sofa when we opened it. Good that there is a vacuum in the condo we used to clean everything. One piece of glass over the front door is missing, found few bugs inside, AC is weak and working non-stop. We did not contact the Management company, but they sent several update emails, great communication. All of the above is the inconvenience, but not a deal breaker. Great location, but beach across the street is not very good, shallow, dark sand, people fishing, but sometimes turtles are getting out on the beach. Good pool, good clean grilles, good tennis court, property is old, but very well maintained.
