Kauhale Makai - Penthouse - Central AC -Oceanfront Unit - Ocean View!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom oceanfront condo on the 6th floor was just completely remodeled. The Beach is right in front of the property. Incredible sunset views year round and just minutes away from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and golfing.

The unit is situated on the south side of the Kauhale Makai property with partial ocean view. This fully equipped 1 bedroom oceanfront condo has all the amenities, pool, hot tub, BBQ, shuffleboard etc... and is located right on the beach. The Beach (Waipu’ilani Park) in front of the Resort is a long sandy beach with some coral/rocks protected by reef and suitable for long walks, whale watching, sunbathing and watching spectacular sunsets. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler are also provided. Coin operated Laundromat on property.

Starting from April 22, 2024, the pool will be temporarily closed until May 6th, 2024, for maintenance.

Really clean comfortable place

Everything was clean and as described. The pool and grill areas are great. Bed was super comfy. Centrally located, easy parking, quiet complex which was really nice.

This unit is exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The umbrella and beach chairs were very handy. The view of the sunset over the ocean couldn’t get any better and the sunrise over Haleakala equally so. Would stay here again.

Amazing Property!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Anke’s property! Anke was great to deal with and was always available! The property is exactly how it is described and the pictures are accurate. We loved how it came with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the beach! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a nice relaxing place to stay.

Family Visit

We went to Maui for our granddaughter’s first birthday and their home is too small for us to stay there. We enjoyed the ocean view from the lanai and the ability to cook meals when we were not out and about. I felt the parking lot could have been better lit at night.
