About this property

Kauhale Makai 106 - 1BR, Remodeled, AC, Oceanfront Property!

  • This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was just completely remodeled. The Beach is right in front of the oceanfront property. Incredible sunset views year round and just minutes away from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and golfing.

    The unit is situated on the north side of the Kauhale Makai property overlooking the garden area. This fully equipped 1 bedroom oceanfront condo has all the amenities, pool, hot tub, BBQ, shuffleboard etc... and is located right on the beach. The Beach (Waipu’ilani Beach) in front of the Resort is a long sandy beach with some coral/rocks protected by reef and suitable for long walks, whale watching and swimming.

    Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler are also provided.

    Starting from April 22, 2024, the pool will be temporarily closed until May 6th, 2024, for maintenance.
