Come visit our place in Paradise in our Tropical family-friendly fully furnished 3-bedroom/2 bath condo with 2 ocean view lanai/balconies.
PLEASE READ MY GREAT REVIEWS!!

We are at Kamaole Beach Royale unit 512 on the 5th floor with specular views

Complete view of Maui Coast (see pictures taken from balconies)
We have an ocean view from the Double Balconies, Master Bedroom and Living Room.
Be there to see the whales migrate, sunsets every night from the comfort of our place.
This condo has been completely upgraded with new paint, hardwood floors and furnishings. It's a corner unit and the condo building is just off South Kihei Road, so this condo is quiet and cool from the breezy afternoon trade winds

King size bed in master, King in second bedroom and 2 twins in third bedroom.
King bedroom with ensuite bathroom with plenty of closet space with ocean view.
Second full bathroom shared by all guests recently remodeled.
Air conditioner in Living Room & ceiling fans in bedrooms and complete kitchen with separate dining area.
All 3 bedrooms and the living room are furnished with flat screen TVs with cable ,Roku or smart TV in living room with premium channels.

The kitchen has everything you will need to cook simple or gourmet meals. We have a new convection, air fryer microwave and plenty of condiments & spices.
We have both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, crock pot and a Brita water dispenser. Our kitchen really has everything you will need for your vacation . Since going out tends to be expensive you can save by cooking .

I do not believe that people on vacation should have to buy or bring unnecessary things so we stock plenty of toiletries, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and all paper products for your stay.

We have one balcony off of the living room & dining area with the other balcony off of the master bedroom both with unobstructed ocean views.
Seating for 6 at the dining table, more seating on the lanai and additional dining is available on the 7th floor Rooftop Garden, where 2 BBQ gas grills and unobstructed panoramic ocean and mountain views await you

Both bathrooms have updated showers with hand-held showerheads; the master bath has a beautiful etched-glass window detail and stone tile and glass block shower stall while the second bath has a bathtub, not a stall. All bedrooms have plenty of closet and drawer space to store your belongings. Hardwood flooring throughout the entryway, dining area and living room.

We are within a few minute walk to one of the most popular safe beaches in Maui Kamaole Beach 1.
We spend many beautiful days there with our grandchildren.
Complete with lifeguard and a parking lot.
Full Size Washer & dryer inside condo, elevator to get to unit 512 on the 5th floor all on one floor and onsite parking for 1 car.
If you want to skip the beach we have a beautiful pool, upstairs grill and patio furniture on the 7th floor with a spectacular view.
You will deal with us the owners of our beautiful second home.
Beach equipment available for your use. Chairs,Umbrellas.Boogie Boards,Sand Toys and some snorkel gear. There are 2 ice chests.

The Kamaole Beach Royale Resort property has many amenities. On the northwest side of the property, a heated all-tile swimming pool in a garden setting with outdoor shower has plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and tanning. There's a shuffleboard court on the ground level. For entertaining guests and family, the 7th floor Rooftop Garden as well as the Aloha Room are available for your needs. The Rooftop Garden features unobstructed panoramic ocean and mountain views, 2 new gas BBQ grills, and plenty of dining seating. The Aloha Room is located just off the lobby and has full kitchen, plenty of comfortable chairs and couches, and a lending library for swapping out books. Parking is free and unassigned; one parking stall per unit please. The property is conveniently located across the street from one of the nicest swimming and snorkeling beaches on Maui, Kamaole Beach 1. Plenty of beach activities, dining, shopping, golf and fun adventures are all within walking or short driving distance.

The location was even better than I imagined with a nice view from the balcony. The property is very clean and the use of beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect week in Maui

We spent a week here and this condo was perfect for our family. Easy walk to the beach and great access to the rest of the island. We’ll stay here next time we’re in Maui for sure!

Wonderful

The BEST location. Sunsets are breathtaking and this location is so central to all your needs. All of the extra amenities of this condo are certainly a huge perk. The owner is very easy to work with and we would certainly come back. Great for families and plenty of room for 6 adults. We really enjoyed this side of the island.

Maui vacation

We spent 5 nights in this place on Maui. It had a great location, communication from the owner was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything from an Instant Pot to a crockpot.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay in Maui, thanks to Connie and team. The condo is just as described and the view is just amazing! The beach is walking distance and both balconies are ~icing on the cake. The sunsets we could see from there were very beautiful! All amenities in the condo including the beach accessories really helped us enjoy our vacation. We would love to stay again.

Great view

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious and well equipped. Also, the view is great. The beach is just across the street. We ate dinner 3 nights in a row at Cafe O’Lei, which we loved, and it’s walking distance. There are also several other restaurants and cafes within short walking distance. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Best condo, best location ever!

We loved this condo so much! Perfectly located right in front of a great beach and shops. Tons of eating options around and perfect location to explore the entire island. The view was as goos as it gets and we saw humback whales from the balcony. The host was wonderful. Our flight back home was late at night and since the timing worked Connie let us check-in late which made our return so much easier.

Maui Adventure House - A must visit location

Our Family of 5 greatly enjoyed this house. Great bedrooms, balconies over looking the ocean, plenty of beach toys to use (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, flippers, sand toys, boogie boards), kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/cups/plates/etc, located so close to the beach, shops & restaurants. We enjoyed time at the beach in the morning, cooking at the house, swimming in the pool at night, and relaxing with a coffee on the balcony watching the sunset. This really felt like a home away from home.

The absolute best location!!

We had a wonderful visit!! The beach is so close!! The views from the patio balcony are spectacular!! Dolphin Plaza next door had so many delicious food options. Many other delicious food options and activities were less than a 10 minute drive. The property was clean and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of privacy to enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend this one!

Perfect Location

We stayed here for 10 days with our two young children and my in-laws and it was wonderful. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and everything else. There is a lot of snorkeling gear and other beach gear in a storage unit that was great for our beach days. The pool was wonderful and usually not terribly busy. The sunsets were incredible and we even saw whales from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our adventures. Fans in every room, coolers, beach chairs, boards and snorkel gear were available to use. Great views of the beach and west Maui from the lanai as it’s on the 5th floor. Rooftop bbq was used for one of our sunset dinners, and the view was even better up there. We had a great time.

Terrific spot in paradise

Unfortunately a health issue prevented us from joining our son and his family, but they absolutely loved their stay. They loved the location and lanai views. Our 5 and 9 yr old grandchildren are now excellent snorklers/swimmers. Since my husband and I couldn’t go, my dil’s mother went, she keeps thanking me for sending her to paradise. So hated missing this trip! Hoping we can go soon!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Check in / check out was simple. Connie is very accommodating with everything you need for your trip. It was great to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear. Everything was clean and well stocked and ready for our vacation. Many sunsets were watched from the deck. The condo was perfect for our multi generational group. The unit itself was fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a small AC unit for the whole unit, but we found that putting down the balcony shades during the day and opening the large patio doors and windows at night created comfortable conditions. Having the beach gear was a great bonus and we loved the pool area. The location can’t be beat for access to an awesome beach right across the street and several others a short car ride away. Good restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as convenience stores, beach equipment rentals (check out Auntie Snorkel nearby for wagon rentals to carry your gear to the beach!) and lots of other shops. Honestly I don’t think we could’ve found a better location on the South Shore for the what this place has to offer. Would definitely love to come back!

Excellent Experience

The property was extremely well stocked and maintained. We had everything we needed to make the beach experience top notch. The location was prime with several restaurants within a short walk. The only negative was the air conditioning. The single wall unit was loud and did not service the bedrooms. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help at night.

Amazing, Perfect, Wonderful Stay

There was so much we loved about staying here. 1st - one block from the beach, plus it was one of the BEST beaches we went to on Maui. 2nd - the apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and the AC in the living room was AMAZING to have. 3rd - Connie provided beach equipment (this was huge), everything you could need in the kitchen, and other amenities. 4th - there are hoses to spray sand off you in the parking lot which worked much better than the ones at the beach. 5th - wasn’t expecting to spend much time at the pool but the pool was immaculately maintained with beautiful landscaping. 6th - last but not least the view from the balcony is incredible. I would recommend to anyone. Only downside is the two non-master rooms got pretty hot but Connie provided many fans to cool things off. If I returned to Maui I would most definitely stay here again. Thanks Connie!

Perfect Location

The view is amazing. Even better than imagined. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking out to the water. Would have been nice to have binoculars, so make sure to bring them during whale season. It was wonderful to have a clean beach right across the road that took only minutes to walk to. The condo was a bit smaller than expected but fine for 5 people. Kitchen is kind of tight but workable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything imaginable. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo and conditioner too which was a nice surprise. The beds were not uncomfortable, the air conditioning and fans were much needed, and the beach chairs were a fantastic addition. There were other beach items too but we didn't use them but would be nice especially if you bring kids. The area is right off a main road so was a little on the noisy side during the day, but wasn’t bad at night. It is a very central location so easy to walk to shops and restaurants or drive all over the island with ease. The parking spaces are very tight, so rent a smaller car. The BBQ/shared space was a great place to relax and socialize with others in the building. The property was clean and felt very safe.
