  • HUGE SALE! Ground Floor ocean / Beach front condo with stunning ocean views. It is a ground-floor location that allows you to walk right onto the beach just steps outside your back door. Sugar beach is the longest stretch of white sand beach on Maui, so long strolls on the 6 mile beach awaits you. This is a smaller quiet , boutique complex, but close to the public beaches and night-life. The central location has easy access to anywhere in Maui. It is next to the canoe club and right across the street from the best shave ice and farmers market on the island. You can enjoy seasonal whale watching and stunning Panoramic Ocean Views while relaxing on lawn chairs in the yard under psalm trees or take the Beach chairs provided to the white sand beach just steps away. This is a great location with easy access to all the Magic that Maui has to offer.
    This property was Vrbo listed for many years under a management company with all 5-star reviews. It only shows as a new listing because we rented our condo to help the Lahaina fire victims during the housing shortage and now that it is not needed, we are listing it directly. This beautiful condo property is fully equipped with all kitchen items needed and a washer/dryer in the unit. It has a long history of happy guests and we cant wait to make you one of them!
