  • Enjoy your stay at this newly listed 2BR/2BA premium condo next to the beach in the heart of Kihei. 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to grocery and restaurants. Tropical garden, swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Condo features in unti washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, and WiFi.

    The lanai has Haleakala mountain view, a dining set, and is equipped with beach gear. Vaulted floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings an unobstructed view from the kitchen, bedroom and living room.

    This condo has two bedrooms, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs LOFTED bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The living room has a new memory foam queen sofa bed which can accommodate 2 guests. It has two full baths, one with tub access. Each bedroom also has beautiful outside view and plenty of natural sunlight and breeze.

    Whole condo will be available to the guests. If you care about storage space, there is plenty in the house for guest access. The newly installed washer and dryer units is a rare luxury in Maui and great for in-house laundry after a long day in Maui.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups and all necessary silverware/cooking pots. You may find essential condiments stocked. Anytime you need something, the grocery store is right behind the community at 5 mins walking distance.

    At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

This was the perfect spot for our home base in Maui. Conveniently located close to the airport (central location!) and walking distance to a beach and lots of restaurants. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well.

Great stay for families, all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay, great to have access to beach equipment so didn’t have to hire and basic kitchen essentials left so we could keep everything clean and tidy.The supermarket, restaurants and beach a few mins walk, a quiet laid back area, if you want something a little busier definitely hire a car, we did as we like to explore the island.

Very clean. Temperature in apartment difficult to maintain as the air conditioner is on a timer. The apartment was either hot and humid or freezing cold. Easy parking, nice condo complex. Easy access to the beach.

Maui adventures

Great location and amenities! Two adult couples shared this condo. It was a perfect size and well equipped: beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, all the typical kitchen equipment. We cooked most of our meals and used the outdoor grill a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer & dryer were awesome. Thanks for providing the dish washer pods and laundry pods! So close to the beach! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Close to grocery store!

Lovely place perfect location

Nice property. Quite large. Very well cared for. Great location 2 minutes walk from a small beach. 5 minute walk to restaurants, post office, shopping etc. Easy 5 minute drive to the main beaches. And quiet at night. I’d definitely stay here again! 3 star rating for check in was because code didn’t work which left us calling the emergency number at 10:30 pm standing outside the property. But they called back right away and gave us the right code so was impressed with their responsiveness!

Nice clean quiet condo only one minute away from beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. 10 minutes walk to a nice park with tennis and pickleball courts. AC is a necessity and provided in the condo. However our unit stopped functioning on the last 2-3 days of our stay. Still not fixed as we are preparing to leave today. Had to use the fans and relied on a cross breeze from open doors and windows. Otherwise a great stay.

Nice Place, Quiet Area

We had a great time in Maui, but our stay here was only just okay. Place was relatively clean with comfortable beds and accommodated shampoo/body soap. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, cutlery and dishware. Some of our less desirable experiences: a cockroach snuck out during late-night cooking. We captured and released outside, but we were uneasy going into the kitchen all week. We were told there would be coolers but it seems like a previous renter must have taken them, so that was a disappointment. We liked having a washer/dryer in-unit, but the dryer lint catch was broken and ripped up a few pieces of our clothing.

Excellent Choice

If you are thinking about this property, STOP and book it! Its location is perfectly situated in a quaint residential community within walking distance of a beach and grocery store. We also loved being close to a farmers market and a restaurant/shop plaza. The condo was perfect for us and we will miss the birdies that visited us each morning and afternoon. There is a washer/dryer in the loft and ample detergent and dryer sheets provided. There are beach items in the deck box and a small cooler. Also provided is shampoo/conditioner/body wash so no need to pack your own! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen stocks a few seasonings and coffee. There is a keurig, a small coffee pot and plenty of dishes/pans. We really enjoyed the stay!

Lost my wedding rings

The biggest issue is that I lost my wedding rings in the condo during my stay from 9/17 to 9/24/23. I left them on the entry way counter before departing. They were never found. Please contact the host if you find them during your stay. We were very excited about staying at this condo based on the listing. We were disappointed upon arrival. There were some things that needed attention. Location was good. Parking was convenient.

I had no issues in which to contact management during my stay.
