DIRECT BEACHFRONT Condo at Sugar Beach Resort

  • Unit 115 comfortably sleeps 4 - King size bed in bedroom and queen hide abed in living room. TV is located in the living room . Fully furnished unit including beach towels and beach chairs. Views of Haleakala and West Maui Mountains from your lanai - amazing sunsets nightly - ocean sounds 24/7. Walk the 7 miles of beach literally steps from the lanai of unit 115. Pool is heated - the hot tub and pool deck open until 10:00 PM.

    Pool is closed for maintenance (starting 9/14/26 through 9/28/26). Also enjoy the sauna, gas barbeques and a putting green. Parking for unit115 is covered.

    Located in North Kihei - convenient to the airport, Wailea, and Lahaina. Grocery shopping and 100's of restaurants just minutes away. Registered guests only.

This condo is steps from the beach. Check in was easy with good communication with the host. The pool and hot tub are just steps away from the unit. We had a wonderful stay! This was a ground floor condo right on the beach. Sugar Beach is a nice beach for long walks in the morning or early evening - enjoyed both. Great location in North Kihea. Great communication with the host... much appreciation for a much needed vacation in Paradise!

A wonderful stay in Chris's condo. All was as described, clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen amenities one needs. You can't beat opening the door and walking steps out to the beach and the ocean to swim or watch the sunset, it doesn't get better than that. Sugar Beach is a great central location in Maui. Chris is a great host, responsive to the couple of questions we had. We would love to stay again!!

We had a fantastic stay! Location was in a very chill, and quiet part of North Kihei. Perfect point that offers short drive to downtown Kihei, but also offers central spot to easily access Wilea, Upcountry, and North Maui. Covered parking for your rental too. Enjoy waking up with a beautiful ocean view every morning!

Second time staying here!

Our second visit was much like the first, magical! The condo sits maybe 20 feet away from the water. I highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for beach front, it doesn’t get much better. We will stay here again the next time we come visit!

Great Location

We loved the location and being on the ground floor for easy access to the beach. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the beach and pool in the late afternoon when the winds picked up. Sugar Beach is centrally located and was very easy to travel the the beaches on west Maui as well as south Maui. This will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to Maui.

Sugar Beach was just as I remembered from my childhood. We enjoyed the white sand beach, and pool area only steps from our lanai. The unit was well stocked for our cooking needs., and the bed was super comfy. The view from the lanai was amazing!

The place was just like the photos. The beach proximity is literally steps from the patio. The furnishings are comfortable including the bed. The central AC was very welcome as that is not the norm in Hawaii. It would be nice if there were beach chairs available but the beach towels provided worked.
