Aloha.
Have you noticed how we're constantly towards the top of Kihei and Kihei Kai Nani searches. Well, vrbo has a system of metrics they use that ranks all listings, basically putting the best units available in front of guests...and we're crushing those metrics and have been since inception. Our story and reviews are below, but it a nutshell, this is a good one and we'd love to have you choose us.
Mark and Pam

Snag one of the best deluxe units available for rent in all of South Kihei at dynamite rates for a great time on Maui. This is an absolutely incredible condo with Wailea looks at a Kihei price and only 15 seconds to an Awesome beach!

This is a custom remodeled ground floor, lanai ocean view unit at Kihei Kai Nani. Owners took hold of an awesome top to bottom renovation that includes all new appliances, custom cherry cabinetry, solid stained concrete counters, tiled wall & back splash and a unique filtered window between the kitchen and bathroom. Yep...a filtered glass window between the living area and bathroom??? My money says we're one of a handful of units worldwide offering that tempting feature! Our unit is in the much desired building #1 which gives it an unheard of rare ocean view from the ground floor lanai and the benefits of beautiful Kamaole II Beach literally seconds away. This custom renovation is a far cry away from all the other cookie cutter Kihei Kai Nani units and is a no-brainer vacation rental or snow bird unit.

FYI. NO ELEVATORS IN THIS COMPLEX. Our unit is GROUND FLOOR convenience. Also, a CENTRAL Split Living Area and Bedroom A/C system was just installed making this a Double Win Primo unit!

Two person max occupancy. 1 bedroom. NO sleeper sofa.

Wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the unit was exceptional, and the location was great as we just walked across the street to jump into the ocean. The beach across the road was excellent—quick bites to eat nearby and centrally located to anything from Wailea up the coast. Did not have one issue with anything in the unit, and communication was excellent with the owners.

This was an awesome location———right across the road from the beach. The owners were excellent to deal with and treated us so well. The unit was comfortable and had everything one needed. Amazing view of ocean

I had an amazing time for the 3 1/2 days I’ve been here. Pam and Mark responded very quickly to the questions that I had the property is amazingly convenient right across the street from the ocean. This Place Is Wonderful!

So close to the beach, you can see the ocean across the road from the patio. The host was excellent and quick to respond. The place itself is nicely decorated and surprisingly spacious and has many extras. It looks better than the pictures show, they even have a ceiling fan in the bedroom! I highly recommend staying here.

The unit is great and as depicted. Well stocked with everything you need, quiet. We’ve stayed at the complex before and would definitely book this unit again. We love this area of Maui and had a great stay. Privacy curtains in the living room would be nice, especially for a ground level condo.

Perfect!

The condo was very nice. Clean, well stocked with essentials, comfortable bed, very nice pool and lots of toys to play with. And the location was great right across the street from a beautiful beach with a pedestrian crossing to make access easy. Within walking distance of several really good restaurants and delis. We couldn’t have asked for for a better place to stay on our first trip to Maui!
